What are the best things to say to a person on their birthday apart from just wishing them???

Most of the times i just don't find enough to say to my friends on their birthday except to simply wish them......any ideas??

"Open your new plasa TV"
or
"Here are the keys to your new Mercedes"

well, one thing you could do that's kind of funny is go to www.deadoraliveinfo.com and see who your friend outlived by typing in his birthday. Congratulate him for living longer than Jon Benet Ramsay, for example (sick joke, but you get the idea).
