Does anyone have children who were born around Christmas, thrown a birthday party, and no one (almost no one) showed up?

Do you plan the Birthday party much earlier?

What have you done to prevent that from happening?

Ugh, wrote the other day how she is such a ***** to me. Well today I had to go see her to get her to sign something and when I walked in, her employees totally ignored that I said hello to them, and I heard on whisper "that is her sister" and they both walked away. So I figured she must be badmouthing me at work or something. Then my sister came up front to meet with me and had her three year old with her and when I went to leave, her daughter said "Where are you going" I said "home" she then said "oh, to the crazy circus" WTF???? I have never done anything to my sister and lately since I moved back to the same town as my family she has just been terrorizing me. when I confront her about it, and our relationship, she tries to say it can't be her that has the problem, it must be someone else in my life causing me grief and I just take it out on her. I never even see or speak to her other than very occasionally. I tried to spend time to know her and she just is so hurtful.

ok my mom gave me up when she was 14 and my dad left before i was born and he is now comming back into my lfe....this is alot of stress, well my grandparents are my step grandparents cuz my brother and i have dif. dads and they are my brothers dads parents....well my mom called me and is sending me a calling card to call her and my grandparents said that they would just throw it away and i want her to be in my life..that is why we always get into fight and crap..its always about my real parents

I live with my mom right now and sometimes i dont even make it to school but im scared because if i move with my dad, my mom might have another mental break down. But with my dad: i'll be making it to school on time and be passing my classes. I love both my parents but i dont think ill even graduate if i stay with my mom, but im scared for her health.

My mother has border line personality disorder, my half brother and I broke it off, my other half brother is now my sister, my father marries woman for a hobby, that side of the family won’t speak to me, my mother’s side hates me even thought I do the family reunions, my grandfather on that side, (my dad’s parents are dead and buried) is a fanatical Christian. My adopted sister has moved on, the adopted brother is in jail and the other adopted sister and her son were brutally murdered. I am a struggling student, 27, who is rising above all this, but at times I feel so alone.

we dated, I became pregnant, he left me, i assume my son, 7 years later .... the father still refuse to meet his son, ( even refuse to see pictures) he is still single, and no other kids ..... What is happening inside a 30 years old man head? How can it be possible a man refuse to see his own flesh and blood ? ( dna testing done)

WDF is wrong with people these days. My friend, sixteen, was abused for a long time. I found out that his mom did drugs and his dad abused him. So we went to the police station, they blew us off. I reported annonomusly several times to social services, they NEVER did anything about it.

I'm afraid to let my friend go back at his house at a.ll. I've tried to talk to my parents, but they won't budge. I'm thinking his dad is paying somebody off, but I don't know what to do.

My boyfriends mother is in failing health. She is diabetic and she is keeps having more and more medical problems. My boyrfriend has been taking care of her for the past 20 years needlessly of course because until recently she has been quite capable of taking care of her self. She basically has been living with him to avoid paying any bills. She is getting social security and has medicare and medicaid. I would like to start a family with my boyfriend but I really feel that she is in the way. Would it be rude to gather information on nursing homes in our area to give to him to review?

I really need help here!

I am 21 years old. My father is a pompous philanderer. He has fathered atleast 3 kids and supposedly there is atleast one more. I first knew/spoke to my father when I was 16. The only child he took care of was/is my brother Sean. Now my older brother whom I have never met is no more than 5 years older than me. He was born in Sheboygan county Wisconsin. His name is Steven. His mother's husband apparently adopted him. I have no last name. I don't know what to do. Steven is an uncle now and I want to find him. Any ideas? I am desperate.

I live in washington and my sons dad lives in arkansas.. hes been there since month two of my pregnancy. His wife claims he and she want to get joint custody of my son. (now five months old) He hasnt sent one thing to us, nor seen his son. My bro offered to fly him here for the birth but he didnt take us up on it. How long does it have to be before I can claim child abandonment on him.. and what does that do exactly? I just dont want people messing with my family.. Him and I are the happiest and I like him that way, and she was crazy wishing me to miscarry and stuff when I was pregnant. I dont want her near my son. Anyone know what I can do. I want him and my sons sisters to be able to see him but just not her til I can be sure she wont harm him out of jealousy. He is healthy (28in and 17lb5oz @ 5 months) and happy and I think if he went there then he would be treated differently than here.

plus theyre poor and can barely care for the 2 kids they have.

My dad is 70 with a couple of minor health problems. He offers to watch my kids (ages 3,4,& 11) while my husband and I work and go to school. We have worked it out to where he doesn't have to watch them everyday, only on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. while I'm in school. I made my schedule over a month ago and he said ok. Today he says he doesn't think he can watch them and now all the classes I need are full, so I can't change my schedule. I think he should have told me way bfore now so I could do something about it. Should I be angry?

Okay..this man's mother had picked up after him all his life. He is the baby of seven. We now have a nine month old..and the house is constantly a mess. I'm worried about baby sticking things in his mouth..because of the mess. The laundry is neverending.. and the two of us work..so when My other half gets home, he stays stationed in front of the t.v.. He is a great guy..but the house is out of hand. I've talked about this over and over..but things don't change..I've also gone on strike..Does not change anything.
He spends time with baby..he loves me..But I feel like a slave and really don't want to be. Please help?!?

I am a 31 year old married mother of four , and all I want for Christmas is my Father . If any one out their knows of him pls contact me. Our dad died in 2002, My sister was 8 & I was 14. We did not have a *Bond* with him but we were close to him. My dad cheated on my mom alot. He died of a cancerous brain tumor 3 months after being diognosed. My sister did not accept it then, but she is now. Scince then in Jan 2003 my mom started dating her old high school bf and married him in Nov 2003. Me & my sis held a grudge against him, but in all honesty we respect him. But now, my sister is 12 and is acting like a crybaby being rude to every1 especialy my mom & stepdad. She is always saying "You never loved him! I Hate myself, I wish my dad was still alive. I think it finaly hit her. Now I don't know how to calm her down. She is really putting stress on the whole family, my mom has Lupas, & 14 other diseases my step dad has a 22lbs hurnia in his stomach, I live at home to help my parents I commute to my college daily just so I can stay home & help my family but I can't take much more of my sister Please Help me What should I do?

The situation is this: My mother forced me 2 marry a girl that I never knew or met before the wedding day. I was supposed 2 stay married 2 her 4 only until I received my greencard. Then I was supposed 2 divorce her and marry someone else my mother had picked out. Well, I feel in love with this woman and decided I am not going 2 ever leave her. I told her the truth about everything my mother and I had planned, and after much heated words, we finally made up and stuck together. Well, my mother was not happy about this. We moved out of her house right away, but many of our things were in her house. When she wasn't home one day I went there and retrieved some one my personal belongings. Because I didn't have permission 2 enter the house, I was arrested and then eventually convicted of a felony 4 residential burglary. My mother would only drop the charges if I got a divorce, which I didn't want 2 do. So, now I have this on my record forever. I haven't seen my mother since then (+10 years).
