treat him as an adult and maybe he will see that he needs to be more responsible. plus he is only 13 and i know how annoying that age is. he just needs time to grow up.

Are you orphans or have your parents abandoned you?
If either of these situations is true, then talk to Social Services about possibly foster parenting for the remainder of the family, especially if they are very young.
It's possible that when the time comes, your brother will step up and do the best he can, but he is still just a child himself.
You need help beyond just hoping everything will work out. Try adult friends that you know; churches and other religious organizations; any Social programs that are available; Big Brother and Sister programs, etc.
I wish you the best of luck and your family too!!!!

well- tell you the truth this is a hard one becuase he's not a brat for no reason. It's your mom and dad's fault for letting him behave this way witout him getting some kind of punishment so he won't act this way. I'm 23 and my siblings are 25,22 and 16. Huge gap difference between me and my little brother of 16. He's so annoying and this was also a problem for all of us. My mom repremented all of us except the litle one so he got away with abunch of stuff my mom would never let us get away with when we were his age. We all moved out except my little brother of 16 and my mom is having issues with him. Honestly- there's nothing you can do but talk to you mom she has control over him and she needs to put her foot down or when he gets a little older he's goona be out of control.
