Hey Babe, you know, there are many kids here in America that would love to be adopted, why get foreign when you can get American. Just get out of America.

try locally.most agencies give subsidies for the children until the age of 18.

just save and save, I adopted four kids but it was threw foster care. and it was free. ask friends and family is the best option for support.
