We have to play different roles in our life. When we go for work, our role is as a member of the organisation. Back home, we play the role of a member of the family. We are bound to face several problems in both these roles.
When we are concentrating on work, family matters may, no doubt, come to our mind occasionally. However, if we allow ourselves to be distracted continuously by such thoughts, our work efficiency and performance will suffer. This may lead to unpleasant exchanges with superiors, colleagues and also subordinates. Working environment may become very unpleasant creating new problems! The family problem, however, continues to be there! It has to be solved only outside the workspot.
Solve family problems at home and work problems at work. Don't allow yourself to mix up the roles.

We can not escape from the trauma of family problems while working. However we must develop some sensitivity to concentrate ourselves at work by practice. It depend on how you view each problem. If we take them as part of our life, we may feel some relief. Otherwise we have to pay a price.

if you are taking your family problems to work, then you are not working, as well you may be preventing others from working if they feel that they must listen and advise you, Not a good idea, you could possibly loose your job, and not get a reference, as you would be more trouble than your worth

worse. If you have family problem, talk to them. Do you think talking to your friends in work is gonna help to slove the problem who is not involved in the problem??It is a chance to give them a worse character about your family. Best talk to your family and make them understand your sutiation. May be tell to your best friend who can guide you to slove the problem.

It is easy to say dont do that but harder to put in to practise. Try to concentrate on your work but if you have good work friends then use them as a buffer between you and the problems. I they are good people they will assist you all they can. Good luck

Family problems have no business being at work. Leave them at home where they belong.
