He's so annoying with him and his drinking problem. . .we're beyond helping him and now I want him out!! My mom won' do a thing cuz she's just as stubborn as him hoping he'll change. . .I going crazy,he's a menace to society!!!! Please help ME!!!

i hired a girl about a year ago who was 3 months preg,at 17.she quickly won the hearts of most all my 10 year plus customers.a few months ago a terrible car accident left her disfigured.she lost a piece of her skull and her face looks like it's cut in half.she also lost an eye and part of her lip.she was dumped by her boyfriend and supports her grandmother and an alcoholic father.i personally paid for her first re-constructive op.and plan on paying for the rest as well and i feel she owes me nothing.she's a wonderful kid and i love her as if she was my own but,now i have customers saying they refuse to allow her to wait on them any longer because she "grosses"them out.So if you were me,wouldn't you tell these people to take their business elsewhere?afterall,she's the same person she always was and,she really needs this job.why are people so cruel?

I have a problem tht probably no on has the solution too, but still here it is:

I am lonely.
I live with my parents(real) and I am 21. My parents always wants to fight with me for god knows what reason? and that extremely heavy fights, I mean shouting, abusive words, this is our home so go away etc.

I do not have any friends.
I dumped my girlfriend recently because she just wanted me to spend money on her and there was absolutely no love from her, so she used me.

I am extremely depressed, as I am lonely in this world and have absolutely no one even to talk.
I even feel suicidal as I had gone through enough, I cant handle this daily tension and loneliness for no fault of mine. Maybe I am paying the price for being peaceful by nature.

Please help, what to do? how to overcome this, I believe running away is not the solution to any problems, and also have tried too repair the problems but failed.

No one has custody and I can't caIl the police because she the mom. I am the father. I have raised my daughter for the last five yrs. the mother asked to take her out to eat and I agreed and the mother failed to return her. I recieved a call from the mothers lawyer saying I need to be in court this thursday. could the mother take her away from me if she can prove she has a stable home? I have lots of past things against her but nothing current. she has nothing against me. I have been providing a stable home for her these last years. My daughter would perfer to live with her mother if possible. My daughter is 12 years old now. The mother lives 3 hrs. from me and the court date is there. I haven't been served with court papers yet though because of the holiday. What are the chances of me requesting to have my daughter returned to me where she can continue in school and transfer the custody case here where I live( where the child's home has been up until a week ago)until a final desicion

My mother passed away last year and he admited that he is depressed lately because of the holidays. I told him how I deal with it, [I avoid all of it]. When he see's other people with families it reminds him of his loss. Most middle ages single people know how to deal with it but he is near 80. He won't exercise at all and he drifts back into these old stories over and over again. I always try to be nice and I am staying with him for a reason. I wish I could get him to stop drinking alcohol but it is too late. I am a non-drinker so I can't preach and I have the feeling that very soon I will be writing about his death. It is hard to change older people and I have tried to get him to do other things with very little success. I am not trying to run his life, I just want him to try to do more than eat, play cards and watch TV. Any suggestions?

My younger cousin has a severe drinking problem and I am really close to him. We grew up like siblings. Just for reference hes 18 and I am twenty. My whole family knows he's drinking, but they don't realize how bad it is. I am scared he's going to hurt someone as in driving while drunk, but I can't force him to go to rehab and neither can his parents because he's eighteen and 6'6". I need advice. I've tried talking to him and I've supported him through AA once already. I've even threatened him to call the cops if I even hear he's drinking and driving. Nothing is stoping him. Please help.

I am living in Canada now. My father was born in Buk Czechoslovakia, where my grandfather had farm. Whole family was German speaking, but I heard that my grangrandfather came from France. Lets get together (at least o the web).

It seems like there's always a fight in my family, nobody can mind their own business, everyone has an opinion on what they should do with their kids, husbands etc, & the holidays are sometimes messed up. I don't know what the heck is wrong with my family, anyone got the same problem?

A day before thanksgiving I bailed my sister-in-law out of jail. I was promised that I would be paid back today. So I called him and told him I would be there to pick up my money, and got an excuse and told to call back later. After three hours of phone tag, I got angry, told them I was tired of the lies, tired of the games, I just want my money back. He got snippy with me, defended his wife, so I told them that I was through helping them out (this is a frequent thing with them) and that I will be calling his boss to find out when he's getting paid, so I can get my money back. It's a long family drama, they are horrible parents, running from CPS in three states, I'm their social worker for WI and on Friday, after all this happend, I turned over their case to my supervisor to assign someone else. I'm literally done. But I didn't stop there. In his last phone call to me (to tell another lie), I went on a tirade about his wife. Everything I've wanted to say, I finally said.

A friend of mine has a ten year old daughter. She acts more like she's 14. Recently we all went out together. She was in the back seat with me. I told her she had beautiful eyes. She looked at me and said one of your eyes is smaller then the other and it looks freaky. Ever since then I've been really upset. I have always thought one of my eyes was a little bigger then the other but no one has ever said anything to me like this before. Now I feel there's something wrong with me. Should I just let it go or should I ask some people what they think, grown ups. I mean I've had a couple people tell me I resemble Jami Gertz and a couple people have said other attractive people. But I'm really insecure and sometimes I do feel some people look at me oddly. I mean pictures don't always tell you exactly how you look. So how do I know now if there's something freaky about me?

I have a half brother and a half sister that live with there dad, who is not my dad. Our mother died a few years ago. Me and my two half-siblings are very close. Now, for some reason, there dad is not allowing me to see them. I don't know why. I never had a problem with him. Is there anything I can do, or any suggestions you may have? I have an older sister who is always trying to start trouble in my family. I know many things about her sons,and what other people say about her behind her back. She babysits her one son's child and they are constantly complaining to my daughter how they can't stand her. Her other son is gay and I have known it for many, many years, but I would never tell her because I feel that is her family and their business. She thinks my aunts and uncles and my children like her and they make fun of her all the time and immitate her behind her back. She gives her grandson things to eat and drink ( which her son tells her not to) and she still does it. She ran her house like a Hitler camp when her kids were young, and has a son who lives in another state and can't stand to be in the same room with her. He lived with me for awhile cause he couldn't stand her. She has tried to cause trouble in my brothers family between his kids and them and she is doing the same to me now with my daughters.
