any one to share the bad experiences with ur mother in laws??

When my husband and I first met his Mother was a pistol. She tried everything she could to break us up. She continued to do so during the first year of our marriage. Ultimately she apologized and changed. We have a good relationship now and she is an excellent Grandmother. Once she saw I did love her son and wanted to encourage him not tie him down she came around.

30 years and counting. My mother in law is cuban. They have 2 daughters, one is my wife, and they have one son. The son is the No. #1 child in their family. We have a son, my wife's sister has two children. My wife's brother has one child. That is the ONLY grandchild. We are polite, keep quiet, and keep going over for their mandatory parties. My wife and her sister go home and cry each time. But guilt keeps them coming back again and again.

Did you know that you married them too, only you don't get fringe benefits like you do with you spouse, you just get "time served" but your still on probation.
