One of the guys I work with told us his daughter (24) dances at a local strip club and he occasionaly goes and watches her dance. He said she gets a real kick out of it. Other guys I work with thought it was cool but I got real angry and will not even talk to him now. I'm a dad with three daughters and am very overprotective. Did I overreact?

Marriage seems to be a cliche, but that's what I am facing in a debate.
I would like to know if there are any celebraties or famous people who have children without a marriage, but they still have a happy family.
Actually, I would like to prove that marriage is not necessary for a happy family.

And they always buy into the..."wait until the children are grown" and the ever effective.."we have to wait for me to trade and sell all the assets". Because it's always about the money.

I am not defending these sobs wife cheaters. But honestly why do women, even smart women trade sex for...NOTHING? Oh sure this might be true 1 out of 100 times, but the other 99? Someone please provide me with a reasonable explanation. And try to keep the boo-hoo, he was a polite, well mannered man and treated me like a lady speechs to a minimum, please. That's the style he keeps using to get in bed with you.

And if you enjoy screwing this guy and doing the same to his wife and kids, that's fine. It just makes you as sick as him and he owns your sorry a$$; BE-a-tuch.

My husband and I are having our first son together. He has a son from a previous relationship. We would like to name our son Jr after my husband. I like the idea and so does he. I just don't want to hurt his son's feelings as he grows older, you know? On the other hand, we are also thrilled to be having our own son together. How common is naming the second son Jr.? Also, your thoughts??

Ok i really need help , i got raped 2 years ago and my parents didnt know nothing about it and i kept this secret with my cousin and after a while i told my mom and she started crying.. and everything but she told me not to tell me dad so no problems would happen because im muslim and he's really religious i mean if he finds out about this i dont know what would happen , and i got into this huge fight with my cousin and just a couple hours ago he told my dad that he has a big secret about somebody from his family and he wants to tell him it but he said that he will tell him uless i sleep with him again and i dont know what to do but i have a feeling in my heart he will..right to this point of life i think about suicide im crying my eyes out while iam writing this i swear please anybody out there help me..

I have 3 children all of whom have had different issues with having accidents & bed wetting. I have a 6 yr old that if I do not take to the bathroom at night, she has an accident. I also have a 5 yr old boy who wets the bed every night, even if I take him so I have just gone back to pull-ups. I think I am a potty-training failure, HELP!!

My mom is going through menopause and I'm tired of it. One minute she is fine and then all of a suden she freaks out about something really silly and the worst part is that sometimes she blames it on me. For an example today while we were at the dinner table I lifted up my plate to put food on it and while I was lifting it up I almost hit my sister with the plate. I didn't even know so as soon as I noticed I said sorry to my sister but because of this my mom freaks out and she says "look what you did. I can't take this anymore." So she leaves the table, without even eating anything, goes to her room closes the door.

My sister(whos 19) is acting really odd the past few months. she lost her apartemnt and is living with a friend of the family. she doesnt seem to be looking for a job her new car is about to be repossesed and her cell phone bill is over $500. She was doing great but then for some reason everything went to crap. she called my mom a bunch of things to her face ( which i cant say here) and is ignoring everyone in her family.She goes out and parties every night though. does anyone have any ideas as to what her deal is? Id hate to see her ending up homeless but i can see it coming. Is she on drugs and if so which one. i dont think its pot though.

DH and I decided to have our first thanksgiving dinner at the house this year. I told him that I wanted to invite his dad, b/c I want our daughter to get to know him. Both of my granddad's died before I was even born, so it is important that my daughter knows him. Whatever happened (or didn't happen) b/w his mom and dad is their business and we should not need to exclude her granddad.

Anyway, my husband said that his mom and aunts can cook dinner at our house and that he did not plan for us to cook. Folks this man has lost his mind if he thinks they are cooking dinner in our home. Why would I invite them just to have them to cook. They are welcome to bring a dish to share.

How can I keep the peace or did I invite trouble?
