When people call me i only pick the phone calls that i know that is important and is not going to waste my minutes if i have a cell phone. But I know from my experience that when i don't feel like talking and someone call i don't pick up. If someone calls on the time i want to talk then I'll pick up.

I really hate to talk on the phone anymore most of the time I let it ring and call the important ones back later when I really have time to talk,most of the time the calls comes in when I am the busiest

I have nothing to hide and yes I will answer the phone regardless.
I have no caller ID and all that stuff...I'm a man that stands up. If I have obligations that I can't full fill or I screwed up somehow...take the bull by the horns and deal with it.
Of course...if it is a sales call unsolicited, I remind them that I am on the 'No Call" list. I am polite on the phone regardlees who calls.
I hide from no one.
