I need some advice? My Parents left a living trust to one family member and she is now telling me, we will have a very long and dragged out process before anything is to be done with the trust. She also has said I don't need a copy of the trust? Am I not entitled to a copy? I would like to know what's going on with all the secrets?

My husband will be turning 33 next month. He works really hard and is such a wonderful dad to my two little boys. I would really love to do something special for his birthday this year. Due to a monster mortgage i can't afford to do anything too expensive. I am sure you guys can come up with some great ideas for me.

i am facing a father whos almost hyper towards his gurls interests..i have 2 sisters..and we r Jan 1971 ,March 1972(us twins) born.he has openly been biased ..and i dont think i need to explain..Horrifiyngly..my mom is almost the same..ne ways she has never worked and hence has little say.the gurls and their husbands have a free reign(add to it their extended families)i tried hard but have now left home..paying a massive rent.my wife has left me to live with her parents..saying u either rectify ur family and dad or be prepared for divorce..i am an indian punjabi..so hope u advice accordingly

my problem is recently while out shopping i ran into my ex and his new born twins, he has now asked to have contact with our to daugthers (there 3 and 4 yrs old) but its been 2yrs since ive heard from him and my husband has been raising them as his own. my 4 yr old remembers her biological father and his family and has asked if she can see them well she had a big sook about wanting to see them. i have never lied to them and told them my husband is thier real dad, they kinda get the situation. but it was really hard after the ex disappeared the first time my daugther was very hurt but since she seen him shes begging to see him and her new sisters agian, im worried she'll get hurt agian and my 3yr old as well this time also i feel im being unfair to my husband if i have contact with him. i dont know what to do plz help.

My sister was desperate for a loan of $2000 so i did it on the basis she would pay me back in 2 months.Its now 3 and she has not spoken to me about it all even when i travelled to the same town as her and saw her at my mothers she said nothing yet bagged me out for talking about having another baby with my new partner.Now she is travelling to the same city that i live in and would normally stay with me but she is going to stay in a motel.Yes i was stupid to lend but what is done is done the more hurtful thing right now is she is being so horrid and not even discussing it with me.I would have record of the transfer from account to account but i dont want to make waves so to speak.Anyone think of any alternatives?

They have been married for more than four years and they have two kids and he'd suddenly confess that he's having "that" problem because he thinks his wife is cheating on him. He ended up using the money reserved for paying bills and other miscellaneous stuff to gamble and buy marijuana. His wife ends up bailing him from his debts and looking for alternatives to pay her supposed to be "paid" bills. His wife's planning on leaving him because she felt so tired of his husband and his jealousy over things that she says she never really did. She's been the best provider between the two of them. The man has lost his job for two times because of absenteeism. Now, her husband is asking her to help him out of his problem after losing the last chance given to him. Should she stay or should she go after knowing that her husband is a gambling and marijuana addict?

my mother passed away when i was 26, i was married with 3 small children, although i was and i am grateful i had my mother until then, i have felt lost and lonely since then.feel sad, my children were cheated by death of not growing up without the love of a grandmother. i would just like to hear about someone else who feel the same.

we think he may have aspergers syndrome. it is absolutely impossible to come to an agreement with him he has his set way of doing things and noone can convince him otherwise. we've been going to therapy but i don't think he can change. he is making both me and my daughter very very depressed and we want out. he said he wanted out at one point to. we almost called the relationship quits the other weekend but decided to give it another chace. i know he's a good person but he goes about everything the wrong way and i don't think i can take it any longer. i don't know if i should say enough with it and leave or stick around and see if we can work things out. help please!
