i feel all alone because im not a very open person so i just let things eat me alive...i dont even really want to be around my friends anymore b/c they are always so happy and complain about the stupidest things when i have a worse life than them. And im starting to gain weight and its depresses me =[ HELP

We currently rent a place for $800 a month. Im interested in getting a loan so my family might be able to buy our own home. I dont know anything about loans or how they work. We can only afford to pay 800 a month torward the loan. I dont know if there is anyone that works with you. I know that a lot of people pay thousands a month towards loans and we cant afford that. I really want to get our own place instead of throwing away money to live in someone else's property.
If you could please help me, that would be great. Thanks.

My mother birthday is next week and need ideas for gifts? She is really hard to buy a gift for as she alaways says I don't need anything.
The only rules are, it can't be a present for the house (hates that), and it has to be sopmething useful (or she will say why did you by that?)
ANy ideas on do it yourself gifts?

my sis is a patient in a state mental hospital. She is ready to be released and has lost her apartment and job and has no income. It has been agreed that each of us will take her for a week until housing becomes available thru the county. She is on a wait list..Anyone have this experience. Your advice please

See what I mean Brit, At least pay him 10000. Sh*t I mean I could understand if it was some worker that he picked up at a gas station but its his son and he carrys the load all the time and gets him that paycheck. It is so frusrtating sometimes, hes so under- appreciated to them all and hes so loyal and hard working. Don't ever work for family. If he left the business would crash so he needs to start paying him like it.

When I moved to Nashville, little crime flooded the papers. 15 years later, more and more youth are headlining our newspapers and tv news persuant to crime. I would like serious responses to 1) what you feel about the increase of crime in "your" city, 2)how the youth are involved and 3) what "you", your community and/or leaders are trying to do to change the situation? School is going to be in session in another week. I am preparing myself not only to 'teach' the academics that are required, but I HAVE to find ways to get to the heart of our kids -to understand what makes them do what they do? To try and involve parents more in their own children's lives: academics, etc. When it comes to sports -I see ALL the parents - but I cannot get these same people to come and meet with me when their children are acting out, not going their work, and making life "hard on the yard" for everybody else (bullying). Rather than complain, I am willing to do what I can to change things

At work today my boss and I were having a conversation about in laws.She is married.I am divorced.She says that seeing and/or talking to her parents or siblings about once every two weeks is plenty.I can't imagine not talking with my mother or sister at least once a day.I live in a city neighboring my hometown,about 25 miles away,and I only visit about once a month,but I like to hear my mom and sister's voice just to know that they are doing okay. Is this abnormal? Do you have to cut yourself off from your family in order to have a successful relationship? How do you maintain a happy medium? I want to marry again one day and I would like to know how others feel about this. I know that when you commit to someone, you begin a life with them but does that mean that you withdraw from your family and treat them like acquaintances? Is my perspective too clingy or do others share my view of the importance of preserving family connections? Keep it real with me, PLEASE.

My boyfriends best friend is so sexy and cute 2 me. Before I met my boyfriend I was so into the friend but he went 2 jail and I met my boyfriend. my in-laws they r really troubling me a lot ..they behave very good in front of my hubby the movement he goes to office they behave very bad..they compare me with their elder sons wife ..as she is a lawyer.they tell me my elder son got so much money from his in-laws and what did u r parents give us...my parents ver ready to give them as much money they wanted but my hubby did not take it as he wants to stand on his own..t my in-laws r really color changing people.....they keep on change there colors.....when i told this to my hubby ..he told not to worry about this ...but now-a-days they r corrupting my hubbies mind also ..my mother-in-law she never talk to me properly..she want her son to be her side and in the morning when i give breakfast for my hubby she removes that one and get a new plate .she is really a..my father-in-law he always tell my hubby that ur wife we dont like her we dont want her to cook food.my sis-in-law she behaves with me asif iam servant ..

Okay, I own an investment house and my husbands family came to us and asked if thye could live there, rent free for 2 weeks because of an emergency within their own housing situation, I said okay but then after called my insurance agent and found out that I should have a lease for our protection, A just in case kind of thing, well I told his cousin that he needed to sign the lease he said no, so I said I am sorry then you need to leave and I gave them 4 days to move out, was that wrong. I never had any intention of renting this house out it was only to flip. They said that we were trying to screw them over, that was not my intentions at all, I just wanted to make sure that all of my husbands hard work would be lost if something happen. Also in the lease I didn't ask for money they were still staying there rent free, the only thing that changed was that they have 3 dogs and a rabbit and some fish and I told them that everything but the fish needs to be kept outside. Everything is new.
