Sh*t I mean I could understand if it was some worker that he picked up at a gas station but its his son and he carrys the load all the time and gets him that paycheck. It is so frusrtating sometimes, hes so under- appreciated to them all and hes so loyal and hard working. Don't ever work for family. If he left the business would crash so he needs to start paying him like it.

Much of your question was unrecognizable as written, but I gather that your friend works for his father, but doesn't receive the recognition you think he deserves. You may well be right, and you're doing about the best of what can be done...be an understanding support system for him. Beyond that your hands are tied. It sounds like your friend has a lot on the ball...a work ethic like his will not go unnoticed by other more appreciative employers. He'll go far in life, and he is fortunate already to have such a compassionate friend in you.

If this action from someone else angers you, it's because you care about the work ethic this person has. If he is working for his family and they don't appreciate the work he is performing, he is better off finding work somewhere else. Then, you and he can have the peace of mind that was intended.
