I need to know more about you. I don't know how old are you. I had a lot of problems myself when I was growing up. There was a lot of violence, my dad was alcoholic, and very aggressive. All day my parent would fight.

If you are in high school, get a part time job. You will be distracted and keep yourself busy. If you graduated, go to school, but get away from home. Either live in the door or get a roomate. Do something that will keep you busy. Whatever you have to say, let it out. You need to let it out, because if you keep it inside, you will hurt yourself more. I hope that every thing works out for you. Good luck!!!

well i know exactly how you feel, may not be the same problem but just remember someone out there always has it worse, be thankful for the family you have, cause its better than none, be thankful for the roof you live under because its a sign of love, and never forget, this is the perfect time to see who your real friends are and talk to them about it, its just a phase and everyone knows after every dark phase life is better than it ever was, its true that what doesnt kill you makes you stronger, its a life experience that your going through, we all go through it, so dont worry, things always work themselves out, just have faith! be strong

You have to get it out. Either talk to someone or scream at the top of your lungs, or yell loud music or something. Whatever works for you. Get it out. Then remember, that this is temporary. This too shall pass and things will get better.

find someone or something to keep your mind off of the subject. Maybe a hobbie, sport, or friend.
