spill sloppy joes or spaghetti sauce in his hair by accident

then when he gets out of the shower, say, wow you don't stink as bad as you did before, you should take another shower if see if you can get the rest of that gross smell off!

It is hard getting 19 year old boys to do anything much less getting him to take a bath. Here are two suggestions:

1. Suggest that since he has a girlfriend, maybe he should try to look a little nicer for her. Recommend some cologne scented body washes and face washes. You could offer to be his stylist.

2. Invite him to go swimming. He may not be completely clean but at least water will wash away some of his stench.

Buy a bathing soap that can do away with the odor and tell his girlfriend about the odor. Ask her to offer him the soap and tell him that she will like him to be bathing with that soap.I had that incident and when I was informing the person I had bought the soap to give the person and let me tell u that the person was very happy with me.If u can't go to your brother and tell him , then try and do what I have said.

Look, he is your family, and you better tell him--thats what family is for!!!! 19 is too old to stink! I used to always tell my brother "you still stink after you take a shower--get back in there!"--just like that.

SAY: YOU ARE MY BROTHER AND I'D RATHER YOU HEAR THIS FROM ME: YOU STINK!!! TAKE A BATH--A LONG, LONG, HOT BATH. SCRUB THOSE UNDERARMS AND WASH THAT FUNKY BEHIND TOO!

Thats what family is for--we are there to make each other the BEST that they can be.

Don't worry about offending him. You are doing the world a public service. Everyone hates a smelly person. Spray him with the hose!

19 years old and not wanting to take a bath? it's a lost cause my dear. lost cause. Is he homeless or is he protesting something? If he has a purpose behind it, perhaps that's understandable.

wait til he's outside, sneak out there w/ a huge bucket of soapy water, throw it on him & hose him off! LOL!

OR get a basket, fill it w/ soap, cologne, lots of deodorant, etc & then have it sitting on the floor in front of his bedroom door....hopefully he'll get the hint with either. hahahaha
