my past with my mother was really bad and i know she doesn't really love me that much and she is about 25% mentally ill and 75% of the time she bullshits a lot now i moved far away from her and havn't talked to her in a year. Now she pretends everything is normal, but she just doesn't understand how the way we lived was abnormal. She hardly knows me because she would give me the time or day and i don't know her because she's so screwed up. What do i have to do to feel better?

I stay home with our little son all week right... in the evenings when my husband gets home we have exceptional family time together. Now sometimes on his day off " I wanna take off " and be childfree for a moment while he takes care of our son and our home. He gets kind of mad. Should I feel bad?

my mom can get mad very easily, about ANYTHING little. she is never in a good mood, she doesnt have sense of humor. she hurts my feelings alot. she has a habit of yelling which i hate. i dont know what to do cuz this is really annoying, and i cant wait to get out. what do i do, should i talk to her or how do i handle it?

Thismorning I went to the convenience store, and I bought a toothbrush. It was quite a lovely fuschia colored toothbrush. Anyway, I went home, and walked in the door. All of a sudden, I heard loud bang upstairs. I sprinted up the stairs and gurgled uncontrollably. I ran into the bathroom and found my aunt in her birthday suit shoved halfway through the gosh darn wall. She must have seen a bug and tried to kill it with her cranium. I laughed with a touch of concern. Then, I remembered I had the microwave on full blast, so I went down and took care of my TV dinner. Now, I'm eating my TV dinner and wondering if I should help my aunt in peril up in the bathroom. Can someone give me some advice?

I have 2 friends who have teenaged sons, who feel there is nothing wrong with walking around the house in their panties and bra, or a short tee shirt and panties in front of their sons. One of them actually goes nude in front of her 17 year old. They both feel that being nude is normal and that their sons will soon see nude women, so what is the big deal, they don't see a problem.

The worse part is that both of these young men have expressed to me that they do not like to see their mothers that way. They are both embarrassed and uncomfortable by the situation. I have spoken to both friends about how their sons feel, and I got different responses. One said that she doesnt think its a big deal, that I am making it more serious than it is. The other said "so what, I am the mother and I can do whatever I want. If he doesn't like seeing me, he shouldn't look. "

I just want to know if I am the crazy one. My 3 sons (grown now) have never seen me undressed, (unless by accident).

I am the oldest sibling in my family.
I go to college and only visit on some weekends, the summer, and at Christmas time.
I have been home all summer, but will be moving into my own apartment in a week.
I feel/know that some of my siblings' bad behavior is my fault, which is why I feel I should do something to change it.

Ok, here's the thing: I graduated High school recently with a 3.8 GPA, I just got promoted to manager at my job(I work ALL the TIME), & I don't sneak and do anything, but My parents are still really, REALLY hard on me. Just the other day my mom took my debit card cuz she thinks I can't save, but I have a savings acc. with a good deal of money in it for it being open for a lil over a month; but she got upset with me for opening it because I didn't consult with her first! Every time I try to go out with my friends, I go through Hell to get my mom to say yes, or when she does I can't go anywhere for a while. How do I tell my parents that they have done a good job raising me & I'm ready to take on my responsibility as an adult? Whenever I try to tell my mom how I feel about her being so hard on me, she turns everything around so that I feel like I can't do it myself & she HAS to help me, or she makes me feel like a complete *** for even questioning her. Someone PLEASE help me out!!

Lately whenever my brother is in the shower lately I cannot help catching a peek.I sneak into his room every night to watch him sleep and I sometimes take his dirty underwear and just smell them..I am a 12 year old boy and this is my real brother--not step or half...Is this sick?should i tell him to see if he returns my feelings???

I have always been brought up to not be ashamed of my body. In the family we think nothing of seeing each other naked, brothers, sisters, children, all in the family. There is absolutely no sexual intent in the nudity. Is there any other families like mine and for those ashamed of their bodies, please tell me your thoughts.

and each time i have allowed her to move in with me for a week she has remained clean for that week and she really wants to be off it ,but has been on it 6 months and every time she returns back home to her boyfriend who gets it for her she ends up back on it every time, she is back here again staying for a week to get clean but i am scared that when she goes this time the same pattern will repeat itself over again should i still keep helping her or what should i do?? any advice appreciated

My son is 10 and having major destruction issues, and is out of control. We are doing counselling but they only are masking the root of what is going on with him. The only other thing I can think of is my son has seen some pretty tramatic happen to me and his sister. But that was over 5 years ago....Could he be acting on them now? I am worried!
