If this question involved a father walking around naked in front of young or teenage girls we would be asking for the cops. Therefore, so there is no double standard, the answer is no, you aren't crazy. Though I wouldn't go as far to say that there is anything actually immoral going on, a parent should be concerned with their children's comfort levels. Nudity is a personal issue that we all have a tolerance level for whether it be high (nude beaches, walking around nude) or very low (robe right out of the shower, no public showering). A person's right to nudity ends where others' eyes begins.

I located it fascinating that when my son ( hes four) asked if he could put on his sisters princess gown and be a princess ( within the residence, no longer even leave the condominium) I informed him no and when I talked to my pals many agreed they wouldnt allow it both ( red socks, playing with dolls, a ponytail around the house used to be pleasant but now not a dress) but then an extra pal of mine had her daughter ( additionally 4) dress up as Luigi with a mustache and the whole thing for halloween and each person said oh how lovely she was... What a double usual! And sure, even from my part. So I suppose if he asks in regards to the dress once more I might let him put it on. In the apartment.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the women allowing their sons to see them partly dressed, but if it is making the sons uncomfortable then the women should be sensitive to that.
In our family I often walk from my room to the bathroom and back of a morning nude. My brother occasionally does the same. We have both seen Mum and Dad nude at various times, but not often. It's no big deal, although my brother thinks its a bit gross.

well nude i think is a bit much but dressed in panties and bra shouldn't be to bad ,,i guess it depends on where your from and what type of society you have been brought up in .Europe people are very free about there body's its nothing to go somewhere here and see women in there bra outside sunbathing in public ,,But if the boys have expressed there uncomfort to there moms then they need to have some respect for there sons ..if not and they have the attitude i can do what i want that's a shame on them situation and they should átleast try and wear something ,,,

I have a 20 yr old son and things were pretty relaxed around my house. I never ! walked around nude or half naked in front of him, but plenty of times in a wide t-shirt (with bra and undies underneath). It's no different from seing me in a swimsuit.
I would agree with you that boys at that age don't need to see their mothers naked. It's a respect thing. But there's no need to be totally uptight either. I'd go for the happy medium.

It's a sad world when people who are decent start to question if they are the crazy one when perverted people do things. My mother would expose herself to me, and it made me feel raped. I am in my 60's, and a feminine looking woman, but I don't feel like a woman. I don't feel like I am either a woman or a man, but I feel more like a man because of what my Mother did to me. When I see people half dressed, I feel raped all over again. My mother would even come to my home, and unzip her slacks and pull them down, and when I felt contaminated from what she did, she told me I was crazy. This is a very sick world we live in.
My son-in-law walks around in just underpants in front of my grandson, his stepson, who is a teen, and in front of his other two children, a little boy and girl, my grandchildren. My little granddaughter and little grandson also run around naked, even in this cold weather in the house. My older grandson is modest and does not like this. Their house smells like pee. I never brought my daughters up this way in my home. My ex-husband never walked around naked. These people should be arrested and put in jail as far as I am concerned for the psychological damage they do to their children. If all the decent people start thinking they are crazy, and they should be running around naked like these people are, then heaven help this society. Does this happen in other countries, or does the US has a monopoly on sicko behavior.

i don't think its that big of a deal. But i admit that i wouldn't like seeing my mother nude in the house all the time! it would bother me. but i don't mind seeing her in a bra before she puts a shirt on, cuz i do the same thing... seeing your mom in a bra is ok, but not nude! i agree with you.
But after all, it's their problem, not yours.

That is NOT right! Especially if the boys feel uncomfortable! My sons are 3, 5, & 7 and I try to make sure I'm always dressed appropriate around them. Those "woman" need help.

They don't have much respect for there sons. Nudist think its ok to walk around naked all the time but, it doesn't sound like either of your friends are Nudist. As for the one who said if he doesn't like it don't look. Shes Simply a JERK As for the other her son needs to confront her and tell her it makes him feel uncomfortable and that he would appreeciate it if she would show him a little respect and cover up in his presents.
