Is 30 years old too old to apply for adoption? I am not currently married to my b/f but we plan to in the future, I am told that only one of us can adopt the child, is that true? I have read loads of info on web sites but some personal experiences would be great!

In September 2005, my husband fell for a woman 34 years younger and since then has been obsessed with her. He says he loves her etc and nothing between us has changed. Well it has and he can't seem to get this woman out of his mind. Fortunately she lives abroard and the only contact is by email and SMS. He now has big mood fluctuations from being reasonable to being dreadful. It is doing a lot of harm to himself. Of course the question is how to handle the situation properly. He now does what he wants when he wants and I am keeping my cool by not arguing, re-assuring him, just agreeing. But how much longer can I cope.

i don't get erection with any female unless i feel true loving
its just a qusetion and i do hope i get the rite answer.in my case i got many chnaces to be with many girls,my friends we hang out together we do clubing and after that when it comes to making love i cant unless i truly feel that loving feeling. i have been around the world and its stays the same.on other hand if i have my girl frind with me no matter how drunk i m i can go on upto 5 to 6 times and i still can go more, what do you think is wrong with me? i do liek to be loved i do like girls but ................................. ways i dont think i have any sexual problem cuz its alll fine ,so let me hear from u....to tell you i get lots of girls..they likeme why i dont know...and here i am......

I recently gave birth to my daughter three weeks ago and I'm over stressing. My husband and I talk about parenting because he comes home from work over tired and falls asleep.

He only changed two diapers and I appreciate everything that he does. But my problem is that when he's around, he does everything but help me take care of the baby. I still appreciate him for that.

I think I need help because I'm crying all of the time, basically everyday.I just feel that I'm not a good parent and get cranky with my daughter. I'm not tired during the day so I don't take a lot of naps. I take one once a day.....

My problem is that I don't know a lot of people where I live to help me with house work or take care of the baby. I would really want my husband's family participate in the baby's life..

Please help.... don't discriminate..... I need all of the help I can get right now.....

ok my dad works in irak he almost comming home for a month then he goes back for 3 months.my mum and sister are like best friends.and its like i dont fit in with them!! I feel like i dont belong as if the creation of me wasnt ment to be... What must i do i've tried to be like that with my mum but my sister doesnit allow it??HELP ME PLZ!!!

I just finished watching the movie "The Stepford Wives" and it got me thinking about how many of us out there would built the perfect mate if we could so I decided to ask the question and see what kind of answers I get back. Personally for myself I'd rather have someone who spoke his mind and I'd hope that he'd feel the same about me in the end as well!

she is so hot and cold with me. one day i'll see her and she's happy to see me and wants to chat. other days i'll see her and she hardly speaks to me. she also makes comments when i have new clothes like "is that ANOTHER new coat?". she also acts funny when i talk about finishing uni and going overseas on holiday. it's almost like she is jealous or something. what should i do? should i say something to her?

I have 2 sons with birthdays 6 days apart. They both have the same gift (go karts) coming from me. Is it right for me to give the oldest his gift on his birthday and not give my youngest his until his birthday? How will that make the youngest feel?

here's the deal my son barely ever gets to see his real father because he is a drug addict and an alcholic not to mention his real father never even asks to see him. I feel my son is traumatized because of this and the fact that he watched his dad abuse me. So now in september i'm getting married to a wonderful man, he doesn't have any children of his own,but he takes very good care of my son. and I don't know how to get my son to listen to him!!!

No matter how much advice I give him on how to get off drugs he won't listen to me because I'm his younger brother. I'm always trying to help him out. I gave him a car to drive and he called me today saying it was overheating and when I got there he punched the **** out of me and stole my wallet. He has threatened to kill me in the past. He's waiting to go to court on drug charges and he says if he goes to jail hes gonna make sure I go with him. As far as I know he's on exctasy, crack, and meth. Please only respond if you've been through a situation like this with a family member.

He works at Walmart which is 27 miles away. We live in rural, illinois and jobs are not plentiful here. I don't mind him being at home. He is a great kid, but I feel like society is putting pressure on me to move him out on his own. There is no way he can make it on a walmart job. He is a help to me at home. He fixes stuff. He never gets into my privacy. He is just a good kid. He would like to go to college, but I am concerned about the financial end of things. Could anyone please tell me how to give directions to a 20 year old?

Good ol' grampa loves to sneak him chicken nuggets SEVERAL times a week while I'm at work and my husband doesn't seem to mind. He thinks it's cute. Now my son only wants to eat 2-3 specific things and turns his nose up to everything else. I end up giving in because I don't want him to be hungry. He's at a healthy weight so I figure if I'm headstrong about only giving him organic healthy foods, eventually he'll get hungry enough and eat whatever I serve him...Right? Help! He's my first child so I'm trying to learn all this stuff...
