Family - July 2006

I have been living here for 8 years now and I have to say that the American dream is a joke. I'm sick of the precarity, anything is secure and you never know what the futur is gonna be: poor, broke, unemployed, bankrupt, in debt, vacation?, no time off, next job with benefits or not, 401k big enough for retirement, will I have the next weekend off or will my boss will ASK me to do some FEW hours to help.... I mean, this is insane in america, work, work, work, money and no benefits of it. I'm sick of it. I guess I'm burning out. I want to go back to FRANCE!

well.....my moms a ***** and my dad dont want me like id go there any way i dont kno him i never saw him; my mom says she hates me she says she wishes i was never born i tried killing myself but it hurts to pray for the courage to press down

The 2 boys (12yr. old & 11yr.old) are to go to bed at 10:00p.m but my 6yr.old niece has to go to bed at 8:00p.m. She just does not listen to me. She puts up a fight, has a temper tantrum every night so far. What can I do to get her to go to bed without putting up a fight with her. HELP!!!!!!!!!

My mother has looked after me for the past 13 years or so and i love her. She's not very smart and the problem arose when she met this drunken man and then my dad had to take my brother and i away. Strangely, she's never tried to contact us and when i met her by accident on the street, i had no feeling towards her whatsoever. i felt nothing when she came to hug me. Would u find it strange to act that way with your own mother?

i am 45 years old and having signs of pregnacy such as missed monthly but i was wondering if it may being the change of life starting to take place i am having no other signs i have three children already plus two grandkids my youngest child is 13 it is worring me a lot if i am i will just deal with it and love it when it gets here for the most part im in pretty good health but my age worries me thanks for any response i may get from someone who maybe been in same situation

She was legally my neice, and my sister has 8 kids, she couldn't take care of all of them. My husband and I found out we couldn't have children, so when my sister expressed the want to give us her youngest child, we thought long and hard about it. We didn't want to pass up what could have been our only chance at being parents. She's two and a half years old now, (she was 14 months old at the time) She knows her brothers and sisters, and my sister and her boyfriend.She's pretty close with them actually. But my sister had another child after her, and I don't want her to hate my sister for giving her up. My sister gets her children removed by child protective services from time to time, as of right now they are all in foster care. My sister is a very neglectful mother. Is there a possiblity that she'll hate me and my husband for "taking her away" from her family, even though we have more love, time, eergy and money to give? Does anyone have a similar experience?

i love my husband but he is so moody but when it comes to the neighbours conversations and all that he is so nice, does he dislike us as a family, we have 2 kids 17 and 13 and treats them the same way sometimes is it me that he doesnt like ? we have a good sex life and relationship also!

I know sounds odd but he has pooped in his closet between some toys, in the bathroom behind the toilet, and just yesterday in the bottom drawer of the bathroom. He never gives a reason for doing it. He just says I don't know I just wanted to. PLEASE HELP.
