Yes there is. Being a twin, a manojigotic one, i have frequent connections and jolts dealing with strong feelings and emotions. I know if my twin's exact emotion when he feels something. Telepathy is capable for anyone who are deep in though about someone.

I would think absolutely so. There is a telepathic connection between non-relatives if they spend much time together.
