now please dont lecture me....
okay.so ive liked this guy we can call him tom for a while and we always 'watch football together' we will text each other during the game and be like ooo did you see that and oh yeah!! and yesterday after the patriots giants game he asked me out i was like YES!!!!!!
then this other guy we will call him jerry whos cute asked me out and i couldnt say no..cause im too nice so i said yes. and i figured i'd work things out today. well tom and jerry are apparently friends...and today tom texted me yelling and cussing saying that i cheated (he just got out of a bad relationship and his gf cheated on him) and i've apoligized all day...can you tell me something to say cause i am sorry and i was stupid and i want him back!!

the song should of said no by: taylor swift relates but switched..

I have not spoken to my father in over 18 years, ever since my mom left hime for beating her. I was told by a relative that my father died on December 21, as a result of a drug overdose. I'm sorry to say the news didn't sadden me (it's hard to feel sad when I haven't talked to the man in so many years). Now, his brothers and sisters are bugging my brother, sister and ME to make funral arrangements! HUH? Why should WE make the arrangements? He is THEIR brother-let them make the arrangements! Am I wrong in my thinking? What do you all think?

okay...i'm 15 and i have 8 months starting january 19th to get all of this settled...basically as soon as i turn 16 i'm going to file for emancipation...i have a job that pays 6.55 an hour and my boss is great...i can work up to 18hrs a week right now (during school) and 40hrs when there isn't school...so money is NOT an issue at all...the only problem is i live with VERY STUBBORN parents and our judges are complete asses when it comes to all this...oh i also found a home close to my school so i can still go to school (link at bottom). Plus right now i'm saving up to get a car so i'll have a ride to and from work everyday...even if i can't drive i work with AMAZING ppl who would give me a ride. all i want is my freedom...do i have all i need or am i missing something? ? ? plz any help would be greatly appreciated!! i'm begging for some help...plz.

I know my bio mom but I dont live with her either. She wont tell me anything else except his name. She claims she doesnt know anymore. Which doesnt make me feel all that great either having a mother that doesnt really know who my father is. Im in foster care and they said the man that I thought was my dad might not be. They said I have two more potential dads. So how do I find out who is my real dad? On my birth certificate it said father unknown and it doesnt even say what city i was born in. All I know is their name. I dont know if that would get me very far. I dont have alot to spend on those agencies either. So what do I do?

Has anyone found any cute flat heeled shoes? I will wear high heels for photos, but for my actuall ceremony I need unconventional shoes because of the terrain. It is a pine needle strewn field with me entering from a stightly steep hill. I would rather not resort to full tennis shoes (unless I could find cute ones), but am having little luck finding anything else that will help me hold my footing and not biff it down the hill.

I met my boyfriend 6 months ago, I knew he was separated but he told me he was ready to move on, he had tried dating back in feb but it was way too early as they only split up last xmas, I was a little wary as I still thought it was too early, but he convinced me he was ready.
I expected his first xmas after the split to be a bad one, he misses his 2 girls desperately but tonight he told me he still loves his ex wife, he said he still wants to be with me as he thinks we have something special. my dad has a brother, tim. he got married to a woman,lisa, who already had two kids. then he had two kids with lisa and then they got divorced. i was really close to her other two kids, jessica and nicole. this weekend at my dads sisters house, i talked to them and idk we kinda had fun. nicole is my freiend on myspace and i want to see them again. tim WILL NOT let me.

I'm happily married, and totally over my ex, just to get that straight. Over the holidays, we saw my ex, who works at microsoft with my husband and I, so it's not odd for us to run into each-other. Here's the thing: his new girlfriend *who is indeed a 17 yr old with a fake ID* is a hooker. I know because two years ago, my friend had sex with her at a 21+ party, and she called the cops saying he raped her. The next day, he got arrested for sex with a minor *she was 15 then*, serving her alcohol, and rape. I was a witness against her in court, where the judge said she had been arrested 19!!! times for prostitution and drug poss. *our friend got off free, of course*
Here's the thing: i tried to tell my ex, and he blew me off, saying i'm just jealous *she is VERY good-looking, that doesn't help*, but I just KNOW that since she is a minor still, she will try the same charges on him, that's how she gets her money. And STD's. Can I print up court records, help? She shouldn't be around!

Ive been married 15 years. I have kids. Our relationship with my parents is not good. My mother can be quite abusive. I did not speak to my mother for two years because of a situation in the past. My father always acquiesces to my mother. "She has to be the queen bee and will not change," he says. He bugs me all the time to forgive her and be the better person. Finally after two years my mother calls and apologizes. That is only the second time in my life she has apologized. I told her that I was bitter for all of the turmoil she caused me and my family.

Now, shortly after Christmas she sent me a check for a considerable amount of money. I don't know if I should take it or not.

I am willing to allow her to see my kids in a neutral location. I think that is the right thing to do. Limited visitation is okay. I don't want her to think that by giving me this money that everything will be okay or that she can do what she wants. It will not be.

Should I take the money?
