This guy in my school was going out with this girl for a whole 1 year just because he thoguht she was hot. Is that right? like he didnt care about her, or what she hought or how smart she was, he just cared how she looked.

Ok, there's this girl I really like. We're not going out yet, but we're just talking. She is kinda mad at me because I called her on some rude stuff she did. Although I really like this girl, I am willing to just walk away. Although that is true, I wanna know: What should I do to make her not mad?

I realy want to be a nice person, but people who do not even know me are scared of me out in public,or think i am ignorant as soon as they see my face. Why does a nice and friendly black male have to feel awkward. I am not just Mad at white people because if i am polite around black people they look at me like i am retarted, but if i get hardcore all of a sudden i am not retarded no more. My theory is that as a race we have a complex. Why do we have to be so masculine.

Ok, so i started dating this girl about a week ago. We are both 15 and this the first relationship for both of us. We finally kissed on the one week aniversary (how ironic). I work in an office and am very attracted to a coworker. The problem is that we are both married! We hit it off from the day I started. Nothing has happened. We are good friends, but there is definite office flirting and private conversations often turn to sexual likes and dislikes. Another female in the office told me she is DEFINITELY flirting (almost obviously). I don't know what to do. I would never intentionally cheat, but if she initiated something, I'm not sure how I would react. How do I get out of this situation without it getting ugly... or sexual????

I was adopted a few years ago. My biological family now wants to see me after seventeen years. I am still stuck on the question why do they want to see me. It has been so long I mean why now ? I am so confused. They are all coming to see me tomorrow. This is all my brothers fault he was the one he got in contact with them. I always told my brother I do not want to see them and he did not listen to anything I said he went and told them that I want to see them. I have nothing to say to them...what should I ask them...of course I am going to be nice but I have nothing to say but hello and then what else ?

Just incase some of you read a similar question in general famiy & relationships, please know that I am happy with the answers, but was hoping for more answers. Bottom line is I am 36, had depression and anxiety in my life, and still worry about what my Mom thinks on "everything". She is great, and isn't the judgmental type, so why would I do this? What kind of questions should I be asking myself to figure out why I worry so much about it? Also, I feel I need to protect her and worry like crazy if I think that I or someone else I love might have said something that bothered her even a little bit. Thanks and please be kind. P.S. I have explored this in therapy and was there for 5 yrs, but still am unsure why I do this. It is horrible to feel this way.

if a woman likes a man and she thinks he is taking too long to ask her out, should she take the initiative and ask him out? i've always thought men preferred the thrill of the chase.

Also, keep in mind the men i am referring to would be in their late 20's and early 30's because i am 26. so i don't know if age difference would have anything to do with it.

so, my best guy friend called me a sl*t and told me to just go **** myself after he found out I was dating a guy he didnt particularly like. THe guy I'm dating is really nice to me, and has gotten me to realize I didnt have to take stuff like that. I am only 14, and never really realized it was all that bad before when he called me fat, and asked me awkward questions (which i told him i didnt like). I ignored him after he sent me harsh messages and emails. And asked my close friends if they thought I was a sl*t as well. Of course, they said no. But he even asked my sisters best friend. Now the guy is writing me emails, months later, wishing we could talk again. Saying he just has really bad luck. What should I say to him? I want to be harsh, and tell him it isnt right for him to say things like that to anyone (especially his friends!).
By the way, I'm sorry for the mild language
