My daughter is 16 1/2 and works do I still need to pay child support or can I get it reduced? I live in CA. She also want to live with me (dad) can I stop paying child support when she moves in?

I've always been a romantic at heart and have believed in the concept of true romantic love. The older I get the more cynical I become. Most of the guys I work with would cheat on their wives if they thought they could get away with it. I've heard more than one of them say "If I won the Lottery I'd leave my wife") I sure would like to hear from anyone out there who has been (or is) in a happy monogamous relationship. Just starting to wonder if it's just something that exists in movies and books...

why? hes the one who wanted this child, he cheated on me about 6 months ago and now lives with his gf shes 12 yrs older that me and 10 yrs older than him trust me shes no prize fat,old and ugly i dont understand why he chooses her over me and our kids we also have a 2 yr old litle girl. i just found out yesterday by his mom that he has no intention on showing up for my delivery this thurs. which hurts me because its not our sons fault we didnt work our issues out. and i also feel upset about the fact that he was there for our daughter. all the way he WAS a good father now he sees her maybe about 1 a month for like 20 min. thats a choice he makes because if it were up to me he would see her more she loves and misses him very much, i can tell he misses her too, he cries when he leaves. i just dont understand why he listens to his gf? she doesnt want him to see our daughter he dosent and now he wont even come to the hospital i dont know what to think or how to feel? any1 experience this?

I visited a mini mall yesterday to get my license plate sticker, and upon returning to my car to leave, an attractive young woman standing outside one of the other businesses smiled and asked me if my name was " Owen ". Caught completely off guard, I simply said " no " and got back in my car. As soon as I did so, I realized that if I'd have said something like, " No, but I'd be glad to change my name just so you won't have to look any further ", it might've lead to a conversation and a possible date. The troubling part is, I always do this. I can never think of anything smooth to say until later when the pressure's off and it's too late. Geez, I could just kick myself! Can anyone help?

my soon to be exhusband had our 2 month old daughter at his place last night since we are going threw a divorce due to him cheating and lying.he was in great spirits when he left but as soon as he found out i was at a bar with a friend, he flipped out and wanted me to go home ASAP so he could drop her off. 30 min. later i got home and he was mad when i got there handed her to me said good bye and drove off in a hurry.
NOW, today he is saying if i want he will take her tomorrow night so i can go back out again!
one minute he is mad i have a life and the next he says to go out! is he playing mind games?

My boyfriend is one of those guys that all parents love, and that I cannot stop loving. Unlike other guys, he appreciates what he has because he is a cancer survivor. I know I want to marry this boy. The little problem is, he lives 1000 miles away from me. It's not an internet relationship, I met him at a resort just north of where he lives, but my family has not met his parents. I would really like to see him this summer, but I don't know how. My parents aren't comfortable with me staying with him so far away so they won't get me a plane ticket, becuase they don't know his family. I would drive there, but it's a 20-hour drive. If you have ANY ideas on how I can see him, please tell me. I need to see him, to hug him, and be near him. He's the most amazing person I have ever met, and I would love to actually be able to look him in the eye and tell him how wonderful he is.

Ok, think back to when you were 16. If you had the chance to have sex with an older women, by that I mean maybe around 26 yrs old, would you have gone for it? Before you ask, yes the women is attractive, at little curvier then a younger girl, but whatever...

my mother in law really pissed me off by giving me the silent treatment after my wife told her about one of our fights. after that i told her i'm not going to the beach with her whole family this summer and staying with her parents because she disrespected me in front of my wife and my wife didn't do crap. she doesn't care. it's like her parents are more important. i feel not married and i told her i'm done with her parents until she respects me and that means not going to the beach with her and her parents. am i being too much of a egomaniac? it will harm my marriage but i think she'll respect me more if i stand my ground. what do you think ladies? she won't talk to her mom which concerns me. it's like well my paretns are more imortant than you.

so i mumble when i don't care about something, and then i have to repeat it, and what i hate more than the thing i mumble about is repeating myself.. and this girl i talk to on the phone every night, basically says that everyone she talks to on the phone at night helps her go to sleep.. but is she just saying that to be nice? or am i really that freaking boring? cause i usually do fine talking to girls on the phone... so help i guess?

I try to be nice, easy-going and friendly. But yet women are not attracted to me. I have never had a girlfriend. I am 34 and I am still a virgin. I have a big nose, a skinny face, a long neck and bald. What is wrong with me? I have no self-esteem and no confidence. But even if I had self-esteem and confidence, women still won't like me. My dad always drinks and ive been in and out of the home several times ive went through foster care ands all...he used to abuse me but ive been in my home for the time in three years and now im turning 17 i left wen i was 14 turning 15.....im a model now and i just got signed by an agency im very excited about that but...yet he gets drunk and he satrt to yell at me and my older cousin about things that he doesnt complaing about on regular basis he drinks when he gets home from work up until the time he goes to sleep to go to work at night.....and im sacred of i cant talk to him about anything i hate living at home so i always leave with my boyfriend.....whats wron with him he feels happy when a woman gets around but i cant ever make him that happy and im his daughter HELP!!!!!
