My boyfriend is one of those guys that all parents love, and that I cannot stop loving. Unlike other guys, he appreciates what he has because he is a cancer survivor. I know I want to marry this boy. The little problem is, he lives 1000 miles away from me. It's not an internet relationship, I met him at a resort just north of where he lives, but my family has not met his parents. I would really like to see him this summer, but I don't know how. My parents aren't comfortable with me staying with him so far away so they won't get me a plane ticket, becuase they don't know his family. I would drive there, but it's a 20-hour drive. If you have ANY ideas on how I can see him, please tell me. I need to see him, to hug him, and be near him. He's the most amazing person I have ever met, and I would love to actually be able to look him in the eye and tell him how wonderful he is.

If you really love him, you would go for the 20 hour drive? Or you could both drive 10 hours and meet together.

Now, this is a little predicament we have. Lets see....
Well, what you could do is first call your boyfriend to come over to see you and visit the family and get to know them.
Or you can set up a webcam on your computer and ask him to buy one too. Then you two can video chat with each other.
You could also take that 20 hour drive..... Nah!
My best advice is, do whatever you can to see him. If he is the one you want then fight for it. Raise money, beg....
Just remember think positive and he'll be here before you know it.

Take a train. The tickets are pretty cheap and it will take a lot less time than driving. I do hope you get to see him. Good luck.

He might as well be in another country. Just learn to forget about him. no calling, no emails. You'll just make things worse on yourself.

talk!! if you tell your parents you love him so much as you do, then there is no chance that they wont let you visit. If they dont, theyre not human.

idk how old oyu are if you live by your self or whatever but if your like 20 then move if you like 16 then idk wait
