If you do not go and change your name after you get married at the Social Security Office, are you still considered legally married? There is nothing on record of the marriage taking place other than applying for a marriage license. My name remains the same even with the IRS if not changed at SSO,

I just want some opinions on this:

I've known this guy for about six months or so now. My roommate introduced me to him so that I could help him with his calculus homewok. I told him back when we first met (like 3 weeks after we first met) that I liked him, but he didn't want to get into a relationship back because of a bad break up. We talked for hours about all sorts of stuff. He stayed to talk when we were finished tutoring and even though he failed (there was no hope lol) we're still friends.

He's a Marine who was recently deployed to Africa. I write him like once a week and we talk occassionally on AIM when he has the chance. Recently he said to me, "Yeah, pretty much you rock! Always enjoy getting stuff from you, and you are the only person who actually takes the time to write!" and then he finally asked for my phone number and said he would call me...

So, I'd just like some honest opinions of this whole situation. Thanks!

be honest - you don't really want to see us unmasked. When you talk about showing emotions, all you really want to see is the "I love you - I love you - I love you" stuff.

I am 24 and my boyfriend of seven months is 34. The age difference is almost 10 years. At this point it isn't a problem but I'm concerned it may become an issue in the future.
We have a very solid relationship - we are both working professionals who enjoy our jobs and are beyond the college, 'discovering ourselves' period. I feel we have no problem relating on the same level and have excellent communication. All in all, what we have is wonderful. . . he has mentioned marriage a couple times but I am quick to let him know I am not ready for that yet and he doesn't push it. A friend recently warned that 10 years may be ok now but that in a few years things may not be so great. I admit this scares me - in addition to this he has diabetes and I'm scared complications could result in some difficult situations for our relationship. Has anyone else been in a relationship with a similar age difference? Can you give me any advice on how you dealt with such issues?

Does size truly matter? I know that a lot of women say that it is the motion in the ocean but I know something too small can't be satisfying so is length or girth more important? Can it actually be too big to handle?

My son met up with a girl who he'd been crazy about for years. He paid for her divorce, and they were quite happy. She has 2 kids, a 5 year old girl and a boy going on 2. He has been very good to her, and asked her to marry him. She was quite happy about it. Then she got pregnant.
Then all of a sudden things changed. She wouldn't talk to him or cook or clean.
Then her daughter told her dad that my son slapped her in the face, and he called CPS. They investigated, and it turned out that she had lied. My son felt like a criminal in his own home, when he had done nothing wrong.
His woman had already been acting funny and wouldn't talk to him. We advised him to go home and talk to her and work it all out. When he got home, all he found was a note telling him that she was not happy. She had packed up clothes and said that she would come back for the rest of her things.
He's totally confused, and thinks maybe she was using him. Need objective feedback. I'm confused too!

My husband and I have incredible sex - very long sessions some days - and some days 3 and 4 times a day if life permits - but I want him to feel like a man in more than the physical way. Any suggestions?

What would you change. Seriously if you could go back in time and change or erase one thing that happened what would it be.

About a year and a half ago my husband came home from work late, told me he wasnt in love with me anymore and wanted a divorce, I told him he wasnt trapped and he could leave if he wasnt happy. Then he got a bag of things and left. I was 8 months pregnant. He was gone for 4 months in which he had an affair.

I did not know about the affair and asked him to attend marriage counceling while his affair was going on. He did go with me but lied about being involved with anyone when our counceler asked him. I allowed him to move back in, the affair still unknown. Later I found cell phone records, he was still contacting her. We have since moved states, no more contact.

Despite my pain. I decided to give the marriage some time. I read stories that sometimes affairs made marriages stronger. But over one year later, I am very unhappy. Every time I need something from him for my recovery it is like pulling teeth. He says I am demanding and that he doesent want to argue.

physically is less important to me, love comes from the mind to the heart to arousal...
he says he loves me and buys me pretty gifts for b-days and v-days, provides good financial support and helps with raising our son, but when it come to everyday he doesn't trigger a wave in my brain...
I hate to think that I need to get this satisfaction from friends or outside, but life feels so dull when there is no emotion, he used to be all over me when we met, so energetic and used to adore me and enjoy me like fine food, but now after 15 years of marriage and that is long gone I feel there is not much left if at least he can't excite my mind first.
I 've always felt that I need to be with a man of a higher intelligence level but I need to keep this marriage together for our son's sake.
Any advice? How do you cope with it?

the sex they had in a past relationship/marriage?
for example if there new girl doesn't like BJ's and the old one loved it and he loved it (obviously) what are the odds he will cheat or they wont work out because he knows there is someone out there who is willing to give him better sex?

this is hypothetical!
