so, I have been friends with this guy forever! More then 10 years. The past 4 or 5 years I have like him off and on. At the beginning of this year he also liked me, but then this other girl came a long. Lets just say she is not to my taste. On the bus she would walk up and just sit on his lap and practically pull of her shirt. She would flirt with him all the time and really annoyingly making him give her his jacket and all this stuff. Ever sense then he hasnt been hanging out with me as much or talking to me as much. I know he isnt mad. Its just like I replaced her. Today I heard that he and the girl are now going out. It really hurt. And now she and her friends dont like for me or other friends of his who are girls even talk to him. It hurts really bad, especially because I have liked him even through a rat tail haircut (eww) and that was when she didnt even know him. She met him this year!!! Please help!

When a woman is asked about how many guys she has been with, the answer is usually "three", but can vary slightly between 2 and 5. It doesn't matter if she is 14 or 40, the answer is the same.

So either things get really really slow for women once they leave their teen years, or there is a whole lot of lying going on.

Obviously, a completely honest answer isn't going to be the first choice in most cases (unless you are trying to scare the guy away). But what would be wrong with saying "none of your business" instead? At least that way you wouldn't be lying.

well hes turning 17 in december n i know its way to early but i wanna get him something special and umm expensive if u wanna put it that way. we dont see each other often its one of those long distant relationships and were goin through some family troubles right now and plus i didnt get him anything last year. like the thing is he has basically EVERYTHING hes a spoiled bratt, and i wanna get him something that can somewat measure up to the things he has. and i wanna start the 'search' earlier so i can start saving up for him!

I thought I could handle the fling without emotion, but now I realize that I cannot. After 7 months, I am in love with her.

Here is my problem, I think she loves me also but does not want to part with her older husband who is a big time bread winner but is very crude. I do not know how Sara and I happened, we just did and we cannot stop. We enjoy each other tremendously, I do give her what she does not get at home. However, I don't think she will leave him for anybody at this time.

So should I break it off? Somehow I do not know if I can, I am madly in love with Sara. I appreciate your opinions and please understand, we have a very strong love for each other and cannot just flip a switch and stop seeing each other.

What are your thoughts?

I've known him 4 10 months, & he's not ready to committ yet, but I am. I know he has a lot on his plate, but we do everything together. We go to movies, he spends the night at my place, I spend the night at his, we're together 4 or 5 days out of the week and often spend the whole weekend together. I've met his whole family. I keep saying it's a relationship but he just doesn't want to wear the labels.

Should I be satisfied with the companionship? I'm really not interested in seeing any other guys and I hate having to start over & try something new with someone else. I love him and don't want to seem impatient, but sometimes I feel like he's stalling. I know he has school, work & money issues, but we're basically a couple, this is some kind of relationship so why doesn't he want to call it that?

okay so, recently my grades in school have been slipping, but i actually tried hard, but school is getting tougher at my age. i actually do feel really stressed out...like seriously. they're threatening to take away my phone, but having my phone isnt even the problem. its not like i talk on it for hours everyday. i use it mainly to call them to tell them im staying after school for some activity. as matter of fact, i have 1000 minutes a month and i only use about 30 minutes...i dont even enjoy talking on the phone. but still, what if there's an emergency. what am i gonna do? ive actually needed my phone for emergencies before....my phone even has my alarm clock which wakes me up 6 o'clock every morning...i would get an online alarm, but those make my heart beat really fast and i heard that's not good, so im trying not to use those...and being late to class deducts points from my grade. so what do i say to them to convince them to let me keep my phone????

(It's not ironic, it's the pacific nw.) What are some fun things to do with 12 friends at a bed and breakfast for the weekend on the coast? Plans were to do things like sitting around a campfire, outdoor hot tubbing, hanging out on the beach and making noises at the seals, and hiking. It's supposed to rain. I think I need more "indoor" stuff to do now. Any ideas? Should we just go out and play in the rain anyway?

In 3rd grade a new girl came to my Elementary school and we HATED each other so much. and then in like Febuary of 4th grade we started to be best friends. She lived right by me. and she witnessed my 1st kiss and we went through puberty with each other and i told her all my secrets and she told me hers. We were the best friends ever. We would always ride bikes and go places together and go to the park and have little sleepovers. Until 6th grade came. New school, new people. So we were talking and always sitting by each other on the bus and now she HARDLY talks to me now. we dont sit by each other anymore and we never even wave when we see each other. What happened? I try to talk to her and she just like says "yes!" and "no..!" and "uh huh" and stuff. and i just miss her being my friend so much. i ALREADY TRIED EMAILING HER AND CALLING HER AND TALKING TO HER. I would like a few opinions on what this means.......I am engaged and supposed to be getting married in July to a woman I have been w/for 4 years and fathered 2 wonderful children with. Recently I found an online conv. between my fiance and the babysitter in which the babysitter was trying to convince my fiance to go behind my back, leave me, take my kids and move in with her b'cus she wanted to leave her boyfriend and she said that I didn't treat my fiance right and that god had someone else for her in mind (thats right, now god does matchmaking!?!?) when I read this I quickly proceeded to fire the babysitter and give her a piece of my mind,basically my fiance took the babysitters side and sympathized w/her, and for all my trouble I was called an assshole and a bbastard by my fiance, I thought I was defending my family and my household, but apparently my fiance doesn't think so, I think she has no respect for me at all, what are your thoughts, anyone have a different pt. of view??

I am 22 yrs old and hubby is 24 yrs old.We have been married a 1.5 yrs our relationship was always on again off again mixed in with love-hate.I just graduated from college and he is in the air force currently in England.To get to the point at one of his friends bachelor party's he got drunk and had sex with one of the strippers.Our relationship got really nasty after this he went to England saying he would do as he pleased.Out of revenge i went and had fling with an ex.bf got pregnant .I am 6.5 months pregnant not told anyone and hidding it .My hubby is being transfered and comes home in 2 months he says he wants to work things out but i dont think if he new my secret he would want to.My best friend advised me that since i got pregnant a month after my hubby left to try and pass it off as his since we had sex before he left for england?I am afraid if i lie it will make things worse?

My husband and I have had a tough time for the last 20 yrs. Three separations, once before the kids and two after. In the last while, I realized that I don't love him anymore. I say it, but I don't mean it. We are together for the kids. Last year I threatened to leave him if he didn't get a job. He got a job, but he hates it and is always looking for another one. We don't do anything together, we don't go anywhere together, we don't even sleep in the same bed. We don't like the same tv shows or listen to the same music. He says I'm selfish if I want to do something I want, but he doesn't want to do anything with me. We hardly have sex anymore, not that I don't try. I'm tired of being in a non-relationship. I'm not interested in another man. That's not what this is about. Do you think it's time for me to move on?
My kids are 14 & almost 16, they'll survive.
