If my husband is paying child support and he ends up on disability, will they take the same money out of his disability check or will they try to take money from me if he doesnt get much disability money

I have a boyfriend somewhat I am 39 years old, and a first time mother to a 16 month old and when he was born I decided not to put the father on the birth cerificate(boyfriend) because I wasn't sure if his heart would be into it. In my opinion you are a full time parent regardless of the situation. We all live together and he has yet to give his son his name and he was a loving father but over the past 2 months that has changed hangs out with his friends and the other night he stayed out all night and came home the next afternoon, my thoughts are to get rid of him and just raise my son without him.
My son is the most inportant person in my life and I owe him protection from a indfferent father at times.

ok, so ive been with my boyfriend for 3 months now and ive been wanting to kiss him. he told his friend that he didnt wanna kiss me cuz im older than him ((but i kno hes lying about that)) he hasnt had his 1st kiss and he gets kinda shy when hes around me. im gonna see him saturday and im thinking about kissing him then...............should i?

My husband has that man on the radio in the car and in the house he uses his head phones, If anything is good enough for Rush then its good enough for my husband, I even think that he has adopted Rush's philosophy on women that we are toys and not to be taken seriously like the women Rush calls "Nags" I told my husband that Rush is a bachelor and views women as toys why would a married man look up to him? He swears up and down that this is not true but I can see how he blows me off about certain issues that I feel strongly about and we are fighting alot lately, and I really do feel its because of this show. this guy for 7 months and we have had some problems down the road like he always suggest we take a break or break up bacause of his grades or because he thinks we're going down the wrong path or we're to physical or to emotional. about three weeks ago he was having problems and suggested we break up because of his grades but then he was like i don't know maybe not then one day he comes up to me and is like " i was serious what i said about spring break." i was like'what are you talking about you never said anything about it." then he was like" about how you can go smoke, get drunk, or laid and i don't care as long as you tell me." and i was like " why would you even tell me that." i mean he wasn't testing me he said "i don't know thats just how i feel." then left and so i get a note that night saying disreguard everything he said then we worked it out. but then i cheated over break and i like this boy and now have mixed feelings about my boyfriend. but he dont seem to get we have probs

I've been living out of my parents house for over a year. And before that I lived with a friend for a little while and then went back home with my parents, to make them feel good. Well, I live four hours away, and I have a good job and am well...just good. If I don't call my parents within 3 or 4, God forbid even FIVE days, they go nuts, and call my phone and leave me messages to make me feel guilty in a passive way. Sometimes it feels like a chore to call them, because I know I have to call them in 2 or 3 days, or I feel like the worst daughter ever. I'm not perfect or anything. I'm the second and last child. I want to want to call them, but they even give me a chance to miss them. Its been like this since last June, and its mostly on my dad's end, and my mom just follows along. By the way I'm 20. I know its normal for my parents to feel whatever they are feeling, but is it really necessary to call them so much, just to please them? Its getting tiring.

So I met this guy Frank. He is an amazing person & we always have a good time together when we hang out & I like him.

But the thing is we both have completely diff. Schedules. While im in school hes jst hanging out at his house and When im out of school I have prac. & hw 2 do and he goes to wrk and dsnt get off till 11 & im usually asleep by then.

So we dont talk much during the week unless he gets off early and asks to hang out (& I usually have to tell him I cant) but he does call on the weekends and thats when we generally hang out(ps-when he calls he says hi beautiful and sweetie and whatnot)

But about 3 weeks ago we had sex. But things have stayed the same b.t us (I think) except he dosnt say the nice things he used to. He has told me though that he likes me but we cant date b.c we wrk together and he cant jepordize his job b.c he needs the money(he walked out at an old job after getting in fight w. ex there)

So I mean I guess my ? is what do you think is going on b.t us? Do I just need to give it time or should I accept the fact that there just may be nothing? I don’t want to give up on it but I don’t want to be used or walked all over?
Should I bring it up w. him ((and if I do, what do I say?))

I dont last very long but it never goes down so i can do it 3-4 times to make up 4 it, however i need time to pull it out 4 a minute inbetween cuz i dont want her to fall pregnant. My grandpop has a medical condition and has an 80% chance of death, my stepdad is going through court for a bar fight and may go to jail, my sister is throwing her life away, and my dad left me last year. My best friend came to me with this issue today, I wan't sure what to tell her other than sorry, men can suck (no I'm not sexist).

She told me that she had secretely seen her husband with porn masturbating while he thought she was asleep beside of him! (this happened several times)

but he never knew she knew (she said she was 99% sure)


then one day much later (she hadn't caught him doing this in a long time) he came to her and said that he wanted to let her know how much he loved her, that he had always struggled with porn, but had quit looking at it, lately, because he felt like he was cheating her

and then she caught him today. (doing it while he thought she was asleep beside of him)

She's not sure what to say to him, or why he would randomly lie
