I know, life is tough, life happenes. Don't worry sweetheart. =)
First try to clear your mind of all thoughts. You have to get relaxed. Do some yoga or tai-chi. Breath in and slowly breath out Let that tension flow away.
Talk to a good friend about your problems. Let them know what's going on. You'll be able to learn how to open up with others and you won't feel that depreesed.
Smile a little bit and take time to noticed those small things in life. Help out a local charity or anyone. You'll feel good about yourself and proud of the accomplishments you did. It will help take your mind off your troubles.
You deserve a better life after all the things to gone through. Lighten up a little bit and you'll probably get over it.

Ooo sweety life can be very tuf. To bad that you hade to expirience the heardaches of life at such a young age. You just need to hang on, and always look at the bright side.
Dont look so much at the past and things that had happend but look for th future and especially your future. Because with your teenage coming in, you wil get a little more confused.
Laughter is the best remedi and spending time with friends are also good. Talking about the problem also help very wel. But you need to talk to a good friend, someone who cares, someone who wants to help and someone you like.
You can also talk to people an the internat, but be careful with who your talking too. Meanwhile do things to keep your mind of the problem. See a funny movie, hang out with friends, meeting or making new friends, go to the mall, do a sport, play an instrument, things like that.
And remember that their is always someone out there who cares and loves you and want to help. Ask God to help you threw these dificult times and ask him to give you a friend who can help. Hope all goes well and if you want to talk to me, you can contact me on yahoo chat at

Mate,
sounds like you have been through it of late, Try renting some funny movies and having a laugh, it is so helpful even when things just seem pointless. Laughing is the best formula.
I would obviously also try to find interests with friends or even conduct an online search for a gal pal.
Hope these help

14, huh? my daughter turned 14 march 22. She thinks HER life is bad?! Perhaps the two of YOU should exchange notes! She will feel better about her life. We go to court this Wendsday to get custody from her dad. She wants this. Her dad is a control freak & her step mom is even worse. Her dad threatened to stab her step mom a few weeks ago when her step mom charged him while he was making a sandwich. She was nagging him forever when he finally blew up on her threatening to stab her right in front of our daughter! Life is tough. I cheer my daughter up just by talking to her about the situation. I tell her to get involved in every sport there is. This will get her OUT of the house. lol We won our custody though. The court hearing is just to make it all legal. I don't even have to go to the court...just call in as a conference call. Her dad is very hard on her though. Making her feel very guilty for wanting to keep her contact with them to a minimum starting this June. Can you talk to your mom? My daughter and I jog together while we talk. We also go to the mall together, movies, parks, out to eat...etc We rent a lot of movies together as well. Most important lesson I'm trying to teach her...don't wallow in self pity. Make your own lemon-aid out of the lemons life is throwing out at you. Do what you know you must to make your life more enjoyable for you. NO drugs, alcohol, or sex! How about church? Friends? Neighbors? Get involved in your community. Volunteer at your animal shelter or a nursing home. Join a gym. Read books or magazines with happy story lines in them. Stay away from depressing news or story lines. Can you talk to a teacher? Hope this helps...good luck!

I feel for you honey. have you thought about getting involved with a sport or taking karate or something. I know it sounds cheesy. I'm a mom I can't help it.
I wish i had more advice for you sweetie but I wish you the best of luck,I bet it is hard to deal with it all. Let it make you a stronger better person, please don't go in the opposite direction. Try to pull something positive out of your ordeal, that always makes me feel better in a bad situation.
