There's this guy that I sort of know, but we aren't exactly friends, I don't know what we are.Anyways, everytime he sees me he wants me to give him a hug! He gave me a very long one once and I'm confused. GUYS! Explain...

No, there aren't any of his friends around when he does this.
He also basically has a new girlfriend every week which I think is weird for his age.

I think he is just a flirtatious kind of a guy. He loves having girls around and it appears he craves for attention.
Frankly, I wouldn't want to be involved with a guy like that, as you'll never know where his head is at from day to day. If I were you, I wouldn't even consider about getting involved with him.

Wow...interesting-
He probably likes you as one of his close friends that are girls. If you don't think you guys are close, maybe he does? As for the girlfriend, maybe he thinks that it might make you jealous- trying to get your attention. The friends might tell the girlfriend and ruin his jealousy plan?
Maybe his friends aren't used to seeing that side of him. You should consider what his friend's personalities are like. It would help a lot to know.
If they're "gangsta" they probably wouldn't be comfortable with his hugging. If they're "prep" they should probably be okay with it...goes with theory of girlfriend, or maybe they just don't hug?
Ah well, ask him about it. See if it's something more than friendship he wants from you. If you think he doesn't- you might want to ask one of his best friends, a small friend probably wouldn't care that much about it and tell the girlfriend, causing trouble.

Ahhhhhh the big hug guy syndrome
My wife's best friend is a hugger, she will hug pull you in as close as possible hold you there and make these moaning sounds while she has you locked in tight as tight can be. Don't worry she does this to everyone men and women.
Some people are just huggers, does he do this with everyone?

well, he like a girls touch i can say that.
i hug girls all the time, even when i first meet them.
i don't usually ask for hugs, they just happen though. he sounds sort of needy.
it means he is confident. enjoys hugs, and likes people to like him.
If he queezes that means he wants/likes you (lol if you would ever come out with me, you'll see i hug 100 girls but there are only 2 or 3 in that night that i'll squeeze)

that's a weird one. i suppose he want's to cop a feel. but it's weird that he expects you to hug him. my guess is that he likes you and is showing it in some reverse way.
but yeah, i'm a bit confused too... next time he asks, look around and see if he has friends watching and staring. he may be proving to them that you are together, when in fact your not. and a public hug could prove something he said.

yeah, he likes, or your just the one girl he likes to bug. theres a lot of guys who just single out a girl, not to be mean really, but just to bug all the time. but he could also just really like you and be affectionate. but he probably dosn't just want to bug you if he does it when no ones around, he might just be embarassed to let his friends know he likes you.
