I think that you should make the first move. start slowly and dont be too agressive and force him into something he isn't comfortable with
either that or talk to him about it and decide when its going to happen

As temptiing as it may be, you might want to hold off. He might not be ready for what comes after the kissing. If you enjoy being with him then enjoy it. Let him make his move when he is ready. Then you won't make him feel akward and uneasy about being with you. When the time is right it will happen. The longer you hold out the longer the relationship will last. Once you've become intimate with someone, there isn't much more to offer and then what? Better to save that for a person who is willing to spend the rest of their lives committed to just you - like a husband.

how old are you? how old is he?
im just wondering because you have to be awfully young to go 3 months without kissing....
ok 14 and 13...wow its hard to say...the thing is, at that age, guys are much more immature than girls...it might only be a few months difference, but in terms of maturity levels, youre probably a few years above him. i would say, go for it...hes probably just too scared...and if he backs away, then you know he's too young and immature for a girl right now.

If hes a shy guy and never had one. It dont matter go make ur first move. I remember myself too that it wasnt me who made the first move for the kiss but in the end it came out good. So yeh go make the first move, you cant wait forever for this guy to try and kiss you

Yes. I think you should know each other well enough to talk. Tell him you really want to kiss him, and just do it very softly. Who knows? You might just end up making out. You know he's been dreaming about that!! Good Luck!

Totally, if you don't put any pressure on him. He may stop you though, telling you that he aint ready.... but lol... I would if a girl wanted to kiss me. ( I haven't gotten my first either.).
O, and it depends how much older, 1 year... ok.... more than 2 no
