I am currently in a relationship which started out as a friendship. The man I am in this relationship with is in a (long distance) relationship with someone else - they see each other every weekend. However, now our feelings toward one another has grown to more than friendship. We have not been intimate (kissing, sex, etc.). We spend a lot to time together usually IM and talking on the phone with each other from 10pm to 2-3 am in the morning (3-4 times a week). We have a great relationship! And we see each other at least once a week. When we have discussed our feelings for one another and admitted that to one another that our feelings are deeper we have desire toward one another, my male friend thinks we can continue with our "friendship" as long as we maintain our boundaries. He says he can control himself and if I can keep my feelings in check we can still be "friends" and still hang out as we do.

My husband and I love our cat dearly as everyone who attended our wedding knows ... so instead of favors we put cards on the table saying in lieu of flowers, we have put money aside in your name to have our cat cloned.

Most guests were in an uproar at the wedding, but I thought it would pass and they would get over it.

I think they may be upset because they have a pretty good idea that we are going to put the money from the wedding towards cloning our cat.

But it is our money, and we should be able to do what we want with it, right? I'm really hurt that most people won't even talk to us!

What is your opinon? I think it's quite debatable.

My mother recently died and left lots of jewelry, some costume and some other real. The biggest problem is how to fairly divide this...mainly her diamond ring. My sister told me prior to my mom's death that she never liked my mom's diamond ring. Now she claims she does and that if I want it I should pay her half the price I could get for it. I'm hoping that I don't have to do that..and have suggested we could do it another way. Does anyone have another way to do this? The ring is over 2 carats but it has 2 small chips in it that are hidden by the setting. The pawn shop I took it to says they would only pay 7,000.00 even tho' if it didn't have any chips it would be worth 25,000.00 so my sister wants her half of 7,000.00. Is this the only fair way? Help!! There's lots of other jewelry and she has two daughters and i have 2 sons. We are both in our 60's and should be saving for retirement rather than spending money on what is our inheritance. HELP!!

I would like to ask everyone a question? Have you ever had a friend or people who you thought were your friends and all of a sudden they just completely ignored you and only talked to each other or other people?

My heart is breaking because I thought these people were my friends and I can't understand why I am all of a sudden getting the cold shoulder? I never say anything mean to anybody and even if I can't stand the person,I will always smile at them and say hello. I am just so confused and my spouse is telling me that these,"Supposed friends,"of mine aren't worth it,but in the end,my heart is breaking because I just don't understand why SOME people think that it is ok or acceptable to completely ignore someone who is their friend? Please share advice or suggestions on what I should do about this?? :-(

we just found out from her sisters, that my Grandma is going into ICU, and the doctors don't think she'll make it. i don't what i should do, i've never had someone close to me on the verge of death. I am divorced and have joint custody with my ex-husband for our 5 and 7 year old (I also have full custody of my older 3 children from a previous marriage). I am considering a relocation due to a job opportunity and wonder what to expect in regards to the courts and requesting primary placement for my children due to the relocation. Our initial divorce was not pleasant so I can't imagine my ex won't fight them moving. I am willing to be meet him often for the kids to go with him for extended breaks and time off from school, but just wonder how this might all go down. Any experiences to share???

My little brother is 5,and autistic. i am 14,and lately I have been having a tough time,so I get irritated very easily.
Don't get me wrong, I love my brother to death,but I have to babysit him so often.
I can't get him to listen,settle down,lower his voice-anything. His mind is always set to one thing and if his goals are not achieved he has a major melt down. If anything is out of place he flips out. And plus added to that he just repeats over and over and over and over and over very loudly....its driving me crazy. I am trying to be really nice and considerate of his mental state but due to my mental state I do not know how to handle him right now with out cracking. It just gets worse. I'm trying to understand his little world but I have been brought to tears a few times.Please,parents what do I do?

Ok so last Sat i met this girl at a club through a friend of mine. We started dancing and really hit it off just fine.

Back to the story>>>So we ended up getting a few drinks and grinded alittle more one the dance floor. Her friend approached me and told me she totally digged me and thought i was hot/cute... I ended up going back to her place and making out all night with her and hooked up, kinda... ( we never had sex, nor did i bust a nut)
Allthough i was naked and she was in her underwear.
She told me she wanted to wait ( im geussing she meant sex) ... I totally dig this girl and want to spend more time with her...can i not go to a serioud relationship but still hang out???

I met this guy 5 months ago and he told me he really liked me after the first month and a half. Every since then he's been going back and forth with me. I wont hear from him for weeks then he'll pop up, say he's sorry and will want to hang out. When we do hang out, he makes me feel like the center of his world. But he still hasn't hasnt even taken me out on a date. When we go out, its in group settings. So, I guess I'm asking: why would you continue to do these things but at the same time its obvious that your not interested in the person?

Well I wante dto get to know him better maybe to eventually be in arelationship. So his brother asked him for me the boy got on the phone having me think that we are going to try to start something but he just asked to have sex with me. He said he won't tell anybody. So should I do it? I mean I want to just to do it to do it but it really goes against what I believe in: not being easy. Then again boys never want a real relationship with me anyways ( because I am not pretty enough maybe?) I have a large forehead but I am pretty all over. If I do decide then this will be my first time doing it just to do it. I have only had sex twice(and I was in a decent relationship then) This will be my third time. Ok so here is my situation.

Ex and I broke up 4 months ago after she admitted shecheated on me and didn't want to hurt me anymore. At first like most I was heartbroken (first true love) and angry. I was angry that it happened after I was a great bf.

Anyway by the 3rd month it wasn't too bad. She would contact me once every 3 weeks or so but while I was still a little upset, I didn't truly want to get back together with her. Three weeks ago she messaged me online and we talked and she said I had the nicest lips and that I was a very good kisser (y i don't know?) and that she would "whistle" if I was in the hall of her dorm (she is away at school).

After that I for some reason wondered if she wanted to get back together. Inmy head i didn't but my heart still feels void. Today she called and we talked and I found out she has been (slept) with a guy friend who she likes and may date. (he 19 her 21).

In my head I guess I thought something may happen but it hurts to hear.
