if my husband is the one wanting divorce and he is the one to file, shouldn't he be responsible for my attorney? i have no income and am partially disabled due to neck and back injuries i have no means of support at this time what are my options?

I recently got engaged and were planning on having a double wedding with my brother and his fiance, in a month. We dont want a big wedding because we'd rather save that money to furnish the place were gonna live in. We want to do it all on our own without are parents help. And we already decided were going to have the reception at a local clubhouse thats around $200 deposit, which you actually get back if you clean the place up afterwards. Were not having a big ceremony we will just be doing it city hall with just our parents and us there. What are some other things we could do to save money?

My bf (23) and I (22) live together and whenever we have plans to do something, I have to sit around and wait up to an hour for him to finish playing games. Last night he said he'd help me fix the toilet since it has been broke for days, but after 15 mins I turned his comp off.

At this point, he looked like he was going to cry.. acted like he was going to punch me and then violently pushed me and threw stuff at me.

Was I completely wrong, or was he and isn't this a bit nuts?

I hate it when people who have a problem post a question and hope for helpful answers, and some dumbASS people post hurtful comments, like get a life!! Man nah!! If anybodi posts a hurtful comment then report them cuz all they doing is being stupid.

My ex fiance recently broke up with me because she said she felt bored to me and felt like she could never have fun with me. We were together for 6 months. I'm a really shy guy and the truth is that even after being together for 6 months I still feel shy to her. I'm not nervous being around her it's just that sometimes I don't know what to do to keep her enertained. Anyways a few days before she broke up with me she told me that she wanted me to change but then never gave me the chance. I know that this is the real reason why she broke up with me so the question I have is what's going through her mind when she broke up with me? Did she just get tired of waiting?? How can I fix this situation. Plz no move on answers because simply put I don't want to move on.

I lent my nieghbour some money which she repaid. But she keeps coming back to borrow more. I really don't like lending money unless the situation is urgent as in my experience it always creates problem. I dont even feel that Im better off than her only better at going without. How can I tell her tactfully that I dont want to lend her any more without spoiling our friendship.

I've gone through a lot of crap in the past year. My parents have been divorced for almost two years and I lived with my dad up until last June when he remarried. I now just live with my brother. I'm 21 he is 19. Last March things went completly downhill. My grandma's cancer returned, i was fired from my job of four years for an unknown reason, I found out my childhood home of 17 years was going to be sold as a result of the divorce, I was given the news of my dad's abrupt engagement and I found out my soon to be "fiance'" had been cheating on me for 4 months. All within about 3 weeks. I used to cry everyday up until about September. I thought by now I would be fine and things have settled down some, but it's like I'm still searching for something to make me feel more at peace. My dad and his wife have expressed to me that I should get on meds, mainly due to my negative take on life and thoughts of suicide. I'm just out of ideas.

my little sister who is 6 years old just got her hair cut today. It is really cute and she doesn't like her hair long at all she says it herts her and when we brush her hair not to mention that she throws a fit whenever we do brush her hair,and she doesn't like the sweat that is underneath her hair when she is hot. So my mom took her to get her hair cut now the problem is is that her dad is verbally abusive and wants to keep my sisters hair long and like I said she doesn't want her hair long!!! Now my mom wants to know how to tell him why she did what she did. He doesn't do anything with her hair anyways so what do we tell him??? And will he understand what we tell him or why she wanted her hair cut!!!

Ok, all you fathers...question from the curious...why does it seem that if your daughter brings her boyfriend over to meet you, you seem to give a "death glare". And you get very protective if they step 2 feet near her, let alone touch her.
Same w/ older brothers.
I'm not saying all fathers and older brothers do this, it just seems to be common I guess.
Sorry if this sounds ignorant or anything, I'm just curious.

when i was a little girl a man tried torape mine. he coud not recive what he want because in that day somewone entered in house. i didnt now what was happening so i trought that it wasnt important, so i didnt say it to a person. Now i am 14 and i realise what happend in that day. My mother and my father don't know nothing about this. IT'S A DELICATE PROBLEM!!!

Today I found out that one of my best friends, who is a guy, has been anonymously bullying this girl that I know. He sends her emails calling her fat, dumb, smelly etc. from fake email addresses and profiles. The girl in question is really quiet, shy, small, the bookworm type and wouldnt hurt a fly, I dont know what my friend has against her. I know that I need to step in but what should I do? I like my best friend but I have no idea if she likes me back. We go out alone, we talk on the phone every day (she calls me more than I call her), we talk about everything EXCEPT our love lives, we compliment each other and make each other laugh. However, she’s rejected me once in the past and our mutual friend told me a year ago she doesn’t see me as more than a friend. I initiate small physical contact but she rarely starts any of her own. When we’ve had dinner lately, I’ve found us staring at each others eyes. I know she used to view me as a brother, can that change?
