I have this credit card and I missed a payment.One week after it was dew I received this call from who ever they get to make the calls to people who are late paying their bill. Anyway she called me at least 5 times a day.I payed the bill by phone and the next day she called me again I told her I payed the bill and she started throwing all these question at me I got so mad and said look I told you I payed the bill it's up to you to check in once in awhile and hung up on her.I called my credit card co. and told them to please call this woman and tell her I payed my bill and to stop calling me.Well I'm late again. This woman has been calling me and calling me she won't stop and to make it even worse then before she only lets the phone ring twice and she hangs up as soon as the second ring stops . She has never left me a message what I want to no is it legal what she is doing and can I have something done about it. She is calling so much I have turned my phone off.

My mom threw me a baby shower when I was seven months pregnant. She send out the invites and we had 13 rsvps including my best friend. The day of the shower no one showed up. I was devastated and humiliated. About a couple of months later I found out from a co worker that my friend was expecting. She didn't have the nerve to tell me herself. Later on during her pregnancy I get a shower invite and an itemized list of the things she has on her registry. I thought it was extremely rude. She didn't care enough to come to my shower or apologize. She didn't think of me to call when she found out she was pregnant, and then she basically tells me that she wants a gift. How should I feel about this. We had been friends since kindergarten.

wife misses previous town and the big city. just being in their previous town helped... husband wasn't/isn't helpful w/ their babies nor housework so previous town gave wife stimulation/ excitement and enough energy to do it herself, plus both had family there who would help out. husband wants to stay at least a couple of years for work but often speaks of its low housing market verses the big city market. wife has been depressed the 4 months they've been there. its affecting their marriage. husband recently went on interview to live in their old city but at last min rejected their 2nd interview even after they told him he was fully qualified. wife can't pursue her dream there: singer. their youngest is 1 month old and still her husband isn't helpful. a day can go by w/o him holding him.

I am straight i think well...i dont really know. I like this boy named Jim and he likes me too but their was a point in my life when I didn't have much hope in the opposite sex, so i found myself becoming to the same sex. However I never had enough spine to explore my feelings. Should I atleast see what might happen if i were to get with a female? And also why are guys such dogs, not to sound ignorant or anything but I went out with this guy for 2 years i swore that I loved him and he loved me. and i know what you are thinking I am to young to fall in love but I felt so strongly about him. Anyway He cheated on me like 4 times and I took him back each time. Was I just really being stupid because after like a year of me not seeing him or speaking with him he comes out of the blue and calls me saying he misses me and he still loves me. What should I do? I'm so unhappy at the moment, and really shouldn't be. I have a wonderful husband, and a great relationship with my in-laws. We are renting a place, and I'm doing well at uni in a course I love.
The problem is my family. My mother has practically disowned me, and refused to allow me to see my brothers and sisters alone. My crime? refusing to have anything to do with my abusive stepfather. My mother knew what was going on but has since denied it. My aunt recently suggested I write to my mother, which I did, but she hasn't replied, and just showed the letter to my stepfather, who proceeded to tell my brothers and sisters just how horrible their big sister was.
I'm going to be back from university soon, and would like to see my brothers and sisters, but I'm not sure how, as my mother isnt talking to me! ( I have rang her twice but she never rang back (she was out) and she hasnt answered my texts or emails) I don;t want to go to her house though, because of my stepfather. any advice?

She wanted me to stop dancing with other people which only includes my friends and acquaintances.

We met in a salsa dancing class and we go dancing regularly. I have had friends in the salsa dancing circle and recently she asked me to stop dancing with my friends and people I know from classes and from when I was single. These people are not anyone that I am interested in. They are just people I know.

I know that being in a relationship means compromises that you can afford, so I cut back on dancing with these people but she wants me to eliminate it all together.

She is hispanic and its very socially acceptable for this kind of request. She says she asks for a lot but she gives back a lot to me. This is very true.

But I do not want to abruptly terminate these small relationships just because she wants me to. Sure I will dance less with them but I think its unreasonable for her to ask me to eliminate it all together.

I miss her a lot but should I stand by my choice?

My best friend(16) just broke up with her boyfriend(17) today because she says she loves me(16) more. I love her too, but I really dont want to be a d**k. Her boyfriend punched a window and was crying all day. He took it Really badly. I really don't want him hurt anymore than he already is, because he is a really nice guy, but I do really like my best friend.

How long should I wait before I do anything with her? And how long before anything public (holding hands etc.)? Thanks.

Three weeks ago I signed a long term contract with a very popular designer that is going to use me and 2 other models in all there magazine ads. I met the two other models last week that I'll be working with & we hit it off really good. I went out with 1 of the girls last night for dinner & she told me that she has an eating disorder & has had one for years. She also told me that she is only 17 years old but her manager told her to tell everyone that she was 18 years old so she could model for this designer. Not only that but she dropped out of high school so she could model. She's not turning 18 years old for another 5 months. When I asked her what her parents thought about all this, she told me that they were the ones that helped her to leave school and that they know about her eating disorder but don't say anything about it. If I tell the designer label, I know they'll fire her. Should I keep this to myself? This girl has a lot to lose if they fire her but I'm really concerned 4 her.

She said she prefers to be with me than her closest friends because i make her laugh

She asked me to go to the cinema with her

She sometimes grabs my arm not to hold hands just to pull me

she jumps on me for piggy backs

i spoke to her for an hour on the phone

she sometimes compares me to her ex

she texts me quite often

when im on webcam seems to stare at me and replys suddenly

laughs at all my jokes etc..

I was divorced 2 years ago and have a child. we have joint custody w/ me having residential custody. My fiance is in the army and is in another state. I was laid off from my job and cannot afford to live here any longer. I am in a small town with no jobs available. and want to move in with my fiance, since we will, eventually, be getting married. however there is a clause in my divorce papers saying i cannot move out of the county without court approval and i know my ex will not be happy. He has made my life hell the last 2 years. I am not doing this to keep my daughter from him. I plan to do everything i can to keep them connected even pay for transportation. My question is, how do i go about doing this without hiring a lawyer. being laid off, i am short on funds. I paid for the divorce., i cannot afford to hire a lawyer again.
Any suggestions are great. I co ntacted the district court and she gave me no leads. I just dont know where to start.
