If you tell them you want them to stop calling you and contact yu by mail instead they have to comply. But make sure you have made it clear to them that you want them to stop calling, if they dont, answer your phone and pretend to be someone else and say to stop calling your number because this isnt(yourname here)'s phone anymore.

I'm not sure what the limit is for a business to call your house from a miss payment, I think it is under 5 times a day though. If you call or report something, they can only call you the maximum of about twice a week. It isn't very business like to only let it ring twice, but it's highly unlikely that any laws have been made against that, maybe it would fall into harassment. Once you have reported the issue, which you said you have, I think they are breaking the law.

A credit card is a tool used when you need to borrow money. In order to use this tool, you agree every month to pay a percentage to the credit card of the total amount "borrowed" as there payment for letting you borrow the money from them. When you miss a payment, the percentage rate goes up because they you broke your agreement when the money has to be repaid at the percentage rate so they make it higher because you are a risk to them. Bottom line, you BORROWED money from a company who wants it back. If you can not afford to pay them back (the full amount or part of it) don't use a credit card. If something happens one month where you feel you can't make a payment on time...call your credit card company and explain to them the situation and see if they can work with you. Remember: Credit card companies want you to keep using their credit cards because that is how they make money.

As far as this lady that keeps on calling you... I would think she has the right to call you, yes. You owe a company money and you're not paying. These people call you and do this so you'll think twice again before racking up a lot of charges that YOU CAN'T AFFORD. You didn't learn your lesson the first time around so maybe she'll drive you crazy enough this time so you think twice about putting little Timmy's ice cream on your visa card. If you owed me money, I'd be calling you too. Stop complaining about it and just pay it.

What she is doing is called..."Harrassment", which is against the law. Call your telephone company main office and tell them that you are being verbally harrassed, by a woman from the credit card company.
Then, send a letter to the credit card company, and inform them what she is doing, and that if it continues, you will talk to your attorney about possible lawsuit and will sue them for millions.
The phone calls will now stop, I'll guarantee it...
