i like my friend Jacobbut im not sure about him. My sis and i went over there and we were talken about how old we are and his dad was all like soon Jacob will be picking you up in his car to go on dates. And all ready mostt people think were going out but i dont want to ruin our friendship by asking him out. what sould i do?

just be honest, he may be into you as well. just say you think you like him and you want to know if he likes you too. chances are if his dad is saying stuff like that, and he isnt correcting him, he probably wants to date you. tell him you will trial date. date him for about a week and then see how it goes. if you don't like it no harm done, if you do .....take it from there.

play hard to get or if you dont want to then tell him how you feel, if he doesnt feel the same way about you and is kinda freaked out then just say you dont like him anymore and secretly do, everything will go back to normal soon enough
