having a wedding in the hot valley, we want about 70 people there but are REALLY on a budget, itll be at night but is outdoors acceptable?

During the evening the temperature should be considerably less so it should be just fine. I would say that you should check with the area though- there may be restrictions on noise or parties. With only 70 guests you can have a very fun, informal party. Try asking the parks and recreation board to see can you rent out an area at a park or see if there are any public gathering places you can do it at.

If you need to have it indoors, try to have it at say a local VFW or American Legion as you can get get great rates for those places.

look around at local parks and churches, maybe there will be someplace cheap to pitch a tent. Maybe try a school yard. you never know where you can get a good bargin. Churches are usually always really nice and ready to help though. If you are willing to have it inside some larger churches have nice banquet halls.

when i married my wife we hired the village hall they ask no questions and pay £30 per day tho if in another country this maybe different the best place is like a sports hall at the leisure center that's cheap and can have up to 100 people

I AM HAVING 75 PEOPLE AND WE ARE HAVING ARE RECEPTION AT ONE OF THE PARKS HALLS IT IS WERE THE CITY HAS THEIR CHRISTMAS PARTY EVERY YEAR THEY ARE ONLY CHARGING 350 FOR 6 HOURS AND IT HAS A KITCHEN AND BAR AREA YOU CAN CALL AROUND AND SEE IF ANY OF YOUR PARKS HAVE ANYTHING SIMILAR
