What is the meaning if he looks at your lips when you talk? Is he thinking about something specific or is he just trying 2 read your lips cuz he can't understand u? Also, if a guydecides 2 call u up, is their any meaning if they do it on their cellphone or on their housephone?

Whenever we used 2 talk, he usually looks into my eyes 4, but I would look away cuz I would feel a bit nervous around him. Monday, when I was trying 2 explain sth 2 him, he looked in2 my eyes and then a moment @ my mouth...after that, the usual

If the guy only looks at your lips, he could possibly think they are beautiful and would perhaps like to kiss them, but on the other hand, if your lips are all he is interested in, you may have a creep on your hands, and proceed with caution.
A good direct way to find out would be to ask him point blank, "Why are you staring at my lips"? and what he says will tell you all you need to know.
If a guy decides to call you up whether he uses a tin can telephone or a carrier pigeon, it means only one thing . . . .
he is thinking of you and wants to hear your voice, and talk with you and make his heart feel good inside.
So basically, there is no specific meaning on how he calls. However if he only calls you on his cell phone, and never his home phone, he may be sneaking on someone else, like maybe his wife.
In summary, if you are speaking of the same person in both your above questions, and he calls you only on his cell phone,
I can guarantee you have someone who is fantasizing about messing around with you and you should check him out further before placing yourself in harms way.

As far as his focus when you talk in person, it might be that you have attractive lips. Or he might be a lil deaf and is trying to read your lips like you stated. In regards to the second question, it doesn't matter where a guy calls you from. If he does it from both he has nothing to hide from you. If he calls you from just his cell, that might mean it is just a convenience cause cell phones are so attainable. If he calls you from his house phone too, that means he is not scared to let you know that he is calling you from there and he is actually comfortable with you, and maybe he does not have a cell phone. Try not to dwell on the fact as to why is he calling me from there, just be thankful that he is calling you. Good luck

Well when I look at a girls lips it's because they attract me
and what i think is having those lips with me.
well and if i want a phone number it's because I wanna call that girl just to talk about anything as long as i heard that sweet voice.

Looking at lips means he finds them pretty and that he may be wanting to kiss them.
Using a home phone could mean that he wants no record of this phone call. Cell phones have inbound/outbound history along with paper invoices documenting all phone calls in most cases.

now that you've edited it. the looking into eyes and then lips combo means he wants those lips. if you do the same to him and bite your lips slightly lol that "spontaneous" kiss is going to happen
no meaning on what they call u up on. the only thing that matters is that they did. Unless its a pay phone .. then you worry

well when i look a a guy's lips i'm usually thing they look good... but if he does that he's probably tryin not to stare at u in ur eyes...u may be makin him hot!!!..oh yea if he call on his house phone he might be hidin somethin or doesn't have any minutes..don't alwayz assume the worst...

He's looking at your mouth because he wants to sleep with you.
And, he is calling on his cell phone, because he wants to sleep with you.

cell phone home phone what ever he called you he must want to see you again
and guys have odd minds you can tell if they are lisening then they are reading you lips and or trying to say something smooth to say so either way he must like you!!!
