How can you have a best date?

Question

I don't have a date or anything but I am just wondering ... what can you do to a girl/boy on a date that makes it fun during the date...
example: getting her flowers and candy.... taking her out... etc..
getting him a present.... etc...

I went out with a prissy girl once and she was all shy and crap so i did something crazy. Since the date was at a beach i told her if she wanted to go skinny dippin' and of coarse she didn't want to but she did want to go on a second date cause she wanted to see anthoer side of life insted of the book worm book club part. I'm not saying to skinny dip, i'm saying do wild things to show your still alive and young. Bungy jump, para sail, get naked, throw a party... live life to the fullest and show your date that flowers candy are lame.

I think the best thing to do to make a date nice is try to lessen the anxiety for your date. Everybody's nervous when you go on a first date (and maybe the second, third and fourth, etc.) but if you are a guy and self-assured and well-organized (but not overly so), you can really impress a girl and help her relax.
On the other hand, if you are the girl, you can try to also be calm and appreciate everything, even the little mistakes that people make. Big tip: don't drink or at least don't drink a lot. It's hard to match your date exactly for inebriation and it's embarassing to watch someone get drunk. Girls or guys - it doesn't matter, acting silly or stupid because you're drunk is only funny on sitcoms.

Find ways to laugh-it releases pos. hormones that make you feel even better. In US boy might bring girl a little thing like candy. Girls do the recieving in the beginning.

i think just being comfortable and down to earth and talking to them normally is better than any gift
