My boyfriend told me this morning that he is not sure he wants to continue our relaitonship, he gave me many reasons for that, one of them that he is not motivated and enthusiastic. He said he needs time and then he will call me later in the week to talk about it. i have not replied to him.I am at work and I started to cry. I am really upset and I am really afraid of loosing him. Why does he need time to think and why does he want to talk to me about it? Is he going to call me it's the end and it's over? I really hope to stay with him as I love him very much. We have been togetether for 3 years.

In the last place we lived, my husband was a city cop. There is this girl who works at one of the local gas stations on midnights, when my husband workws, who called him pumpkin all the time and burned a CD for him and flirts with all the other officers. She has nicknames for them as well. One night, I went home with our daughter and saw the front door standing open. I started to drive up to the PD to find him and saw his car (as well as other squads) at the gas station. No big deal. I parked outside. When I pulled up, the officers were walking out. I saw this girl parked ina truck staring at the officers talking (she was with someone). When we pulled away, my husband told me to go ahead, he'd be there in a minute. I said, "i'm not going home without you". He pulled in next to the truck to talk to her. When I told him I wouldn't leave, he acted like he was going to show her our daughter. Whatever he was going to talk to her about, he didn't when we realized I was staying.

He started having really bad headaches over christmas, then he started getting angry really easily. He told me he needed to be on his own for a bit, but had nowhere to go. After an argument he left, we are now on speaking terms and spend the weekends together, with our kids, but he stays overnight at a friends house. He won't take his clothes, he says our relationship isn't over, he's planning for the summer and he talks about it as though he never left, but he is so confusing. I think he is suffering from depression but he won't see anyone. He says he stays at a friends because it is quiet(it's not at home with 4 kids)he says I need to give him space to sort his head out, does he still want to be with me? Help I am so confused

Well, here is the story: I've started dating a couple of guys in the last two years. One relationship seems weirder than the other. Everything seems to be perfect just right in the beginning. Then suddenly, it stops, and, for example, the guy turns out to be a complete jerk. Sometimes I feel as if I were living in an Ally McBeal's episode over and over again. Is it me?

im 18 and i started tlking 2 24yr old female that i got her number from a chat line. she said she was curious and i was 2. we would txt each other mostly all day . we talked on the phone a few times and she sounded nervous. she started telling me she want me to b her 1st and wanted me to come out to NY 2 c her. one day i just decided 2 ask her if she had a boyfriend. she said her babyffather. i knew she had a 2yr old but i didn't know she was with the father still. i thought she was free and single like myself. i confronted her and she was like he knows that she talks to me. i got a little angry and ignored her 4 a few days. then i decided that i really liked her so i cld over look that. so we were talking again and everything was okay until she asked me if i would have a threesome. i said maybe and asked y. she then texted me saying it has always been a fantasy for her and her babyfather. i then got smart and said so now y'all wanna live out some fantasy she said it wasn't a fantasy..

This guy that goes to the same gym as me wrote sent me a message saying it is really hard to talk at the gym and he always feels like he smells after working out. Over the weekend one of my guy friends said I completely missed what that comment meant. He said the guy left it open ended for me to suggest going somewhere else and probably feels like I blew him off. Did I mess up?

We originally wanted to have 3 groomsmen/bridesmaid on each side. We ended up with 4 and 4. 4 groomsmen - my fiance's cousin, friend and 2 step-brothers. And 4 bridesmaids. 3 of my friends, and my fiance's best friend. Ther other people we'd want to involve are my brother, my two best male friends, and one of my female friends, and my fiance's half brother and half sister. His half-brother's kids will be in the wedding, so we're thinking politically it will be OK and giving his half sister a reading. I was thinking of just adding my brother/and my female friend to the bridal party, because it's more convenient than trying to think of something else they can do, and the wedding party is primarily my fiance's people. And I still have two male friends that I would like to be involved, we're really close. Any ideas? We can put in 2 more readings, but it's only supposed to be a 1/2 hour ceremony.

Everyone is like you shouldn't get married so young, you have ur whole life ahead, u may change your mind and find someone else!
But they don't understand that we are both the type to wan to settle down and start a family, and we love each other sooo uch and we both have very good morals and we both belive that you have on true love and you don't just stop loving somebody! We both don't like to party so it's not like we need to experince much, and everyone is so negative all the time!
Why can't people realize that two people have met, fallen in love, and want to be togther for the rest of their lives? Why do they think that this sounds to great and that sometjing will go wrong in the future? Why cant they just except the fact that sometimes love goes almost perfectly for some people!

It stems from the adage-- hurting people hurt others. But i have learned that words only have the power that we give them. Ergo, when someone types, or says words that are beneath human dignty at me, they fail in their attempt because i am NOT a word, i , like all others, am the child of a VERY loving God.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3+ years and we have not done much together as far as going out of town, out to eat to nice restaurants, concerts, etc. This is not because he does not want to, but simply because he can not afford it. He's not a loser; he does work and has a great job that he just started. However, he has a lot of debt that he trying to get under control. I do pay for a lot of things in our relationship and also offered to pay for half with the extra stuff that I want us to do together. But this does not fix the problem because he simply can not afford doing extra things. He's done a lot of the small things that every women wants like flowers, cooking etc. But we are almost 30 and I want to get out and enjoy life with him. He's working hard at his job to try to bring in extra income. Sometimes I feel like I'm being impatient and sometimes I feel like he should sacrifice more. What do you think? Am I wrong for these feelings?

I like my friend, but I'm not sure if he likes me. We get on really well and he'll always come and talk to me when he sees me. He looks at me from across the room, and smiles at me, and sits next to me when he gets the chance. I hear that if his feet point towards me that means he likes me! I've been watching out for it and they invariably do. He knows I like Jane Austen stuff, and recently he's mentioned a couple of articles he's read about her (he was going to email one of them to me). Some of my friends and I were at his house because his housemate had recorded a Jane Austen adaptation for us, and he sat and watched it with us, even though we didn't expect him to stay and he moaned the whole way through. He definitely doesn't like the other girls who were there, I know that. Sometimes when we're with a group of friends I feel like he looks at and talks to me the most, but sometimes he treats me the same as the others (usually when there's a slightly bigger group and he gets shy).

I am 24 and one of my older brothers is 28. He is married with 2 kids and plays Gears of War every single night!!!! His wife works until midnight and he has nothing better to do. I was just wondering if this is normal or what? When he signs on to the live thing, he has friends that he has never met waiting for him. They all love him and praise him. Whats the deal with that? I'm just concerned because I will go over to hang out with him and end up doing his dishes (because I am bored and I don't want my sister-in-law to get mad at him) I know I shouldn't do his dishes, thats not the question
