a year ago, my best frend move 3 hours away from me, i havent heard from hear in a year and a half, should i still be friends with her or not?

Some people dont talk for a while but when they do they can pick up right where they left off. I would not stop being friends with her just because you havent heard from her.

Have you tried contacting her? Phone lines go both ways ya know. I have 3 best friends from high school, sometimes we go forever without contacting each other but we're still close. If we need each other, we are just a phone call away. And let me tell ya, when we do finally call each other, its like a 4 hour call- at least.

Have you written or called her? If not, at least make the attempt. You'll know very quickly and clearly if this friendship will last.
Be courageous and contact her. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

you said best friends .... right? then why this ego hassle. if you have her no. or mail id any way of contacting her do it. What if she has accidently lost yours. She did shift. Try it, give her just one chance at least. then decide about what to do with the friendship.

Have you tried to talk to or contact her? She may be waiting on you to contact her. It depends on how close friends you were to determine the relationship now.
