If you trust him, then bring him. If she flirts with him, just tell her to please stop. Don't make it a big drama, but let her know you really like this guy. If she doesn't listen, then she's not that good of a friend and you have every right to drop her from that list!

You're concerned about the flirting friend...otherwise, you would'nt be asking.
If you can control yourself in the company of another girl trying to grab his attention....go for it.
