I have been been trying to contact him for months, he wont return calls and will not take any calls. I need his consent to take take the kids to the Bahamas for a family reunion. The kids are all hyped about the trip and the trip is paid for and i cannot get a refund ($2000). What should I do here. I know he is using his power ( shared custody) to not do it, but he isnt hurting anyone but the kids. And of course my pocket. It has taken me 9 months to pay for this. What should i do and will taking him to court do me any good. If court is the option what can can i do ( i cant afford an attorney at such short notice)

I have been in long relationships with both of these guys. I feel I am a horrible person for doing this to them because I wouldn't like it if someone did this to me. I've been seeing both and lying, been the worst a person could ever be. I can't see living without either one of them, I'm torn into I don't know what to do or how to decide? A lot of people say your heart will tell you, but my heart and everything is so confused? I don't want to hurt anyone. I just need advice on who to choose or how do I choose? I feel so awful!

I spent alot of time looking for rings and trying to plan things. Now when i bring up the subject he comes up with reasons why we cant get married. I feel stupid and confused. I've heard so many excuses. Should i just not ever bring it up again and see what happens?

I'm 23 and my sister is 15. The other day she told my 20 yr old brother that she hasn't been coming over b/c she doesn't like me. I asked her about it and she said that I'm a bad influence b/c I'm always being negative. She's gotten mad at me before and not told me about it. A couple of times I've had to confront her about things I'm told my other people she's mad about. I'm tired of playing mind games. This time, she said something that there's really no apology for if that's the way she feels. It just bothers me b/c she doesn't understand the problems I have, I'm always helping everyone and I think I'm entitled to have issues, I can't be perfect. I just don't tell her everything. Is it wrong to be upset? I know she's just 15, but she keeps talking about me behind my back and my method of "talking it out" obviously isn't working. Right now, we're just not speaking.

My boyfriend and I have been dating over 5 months. He still hasn't told me he loves me. Is that unusual? Lately he's been acting differently and he doesn't come over as much as he used to. Well, i have sister she was the reason that i lost my job 6 month ago and i didn't speak to her ever since. I was mad at her so much because i had baby at the time when i lost my job because of her and it make it even harder to for give her what she've done. i have been datin this guy for about 1 yr. i have fallen in love with him. i want 2 work things out but i feel like i'm puttin 2 much in 2 the relationship and not getting what i give in return. he and i have grown up in the same area. more-a -less in the same ways. he doesn't want to move out of the area, doesn't like to travel, doesn't like to do most things that i want to do in life, he don't care about the future he lives for 2day & doesn't think about what 2marrow can bring, doesn't treat me the way that i feel i should be treated & i don't want him to change anything about himself, i want him 2 change the way he treats me i have asked him time and time again but i have seen no difference. i have broken up with him about a month ago & recently met a guy he's in the NAVY has moral&goals in life and knows how to treat a woman.he is ready to settel down. he is lookin 4 some1 to support him in ways that a wife should. i love my "b.f" but im considerin giving this other guy a chance!!

me and my m8 who is here with me now are going on a oliday 2 ireland for jus over a week

the problem is my m8 has got a g/f and he has been with her for 11 months, he is 17 she is 16.

the problem is that while he is away, she wants to "go on a break" and get back together when he comes back, he on the other hand doesn't feel he could come back knowing she has been with another person

My oldest sister lives with her ex boyfriend, they recently broke up b/c he says he fell out of love, but still loves her as a person. So right now they are both looking for separate places. It is sad for both of them.
Evidentally his e mail was open & my sister looked in his sent e mails. She said she found an e mail with the subject Hi beautiful. It was an e mail from a year ago (they were together). She immediatly confronted him. he said it was to a girl he had meant before her, online, from another country, only spoken w/by email. She has never had any desire to look through his things before. She isn't like that anyway. He called her all sorts of horrible names. She said she was sorry she looked but not sorry she found something. She was actually shocked.
They had been talking about how things might work & were going to try in separate apts. He said now he would never trust her & forget trying. She said he shouldn't have been sending e mails like that. Who is right?

My mom had this boyfriend(CJ) i liked alot. I thought of him as a dad. They dated for 4 years while he cheated on his wife. I guess to them it was ok because she was going to pass away soon from cancer. I hated him for that, but i got over it. Then she passed and i guess he couldnt deal with it so he started to drink. My mom couldnt handle his drinking so she left him. It hurt me alot cuz he was the only person i thought of like a dad since mine walked out when i was 5. It didnt bother her that i was hurt but she told me and my brothers and sisters that she will never bring anyone around ever again for us to got close to. A week later she had Rich. I hated him from the start and i told myself i will put up a wall and not let it come down ever! So i did. My mom yelled at me because i wasnt being nice to him after all he moved in withing a few days. Next thing i know almost a year latter he is gone. CJ is back now. Should i leave a wall up or should i let him in again?

There is this guy that I work with, that I've been pretty interested in for a few months now--and recently we've been talking and hanging out more often. For example, the other day we went out for drinks, and then had some friends meet up with us, but afterwards he asked me to come to his apartment and hang out. Nothing serious happened, we just sat on his couch talking about random things, and he kept putting his hand on my leg--just as well, before I left he hugged me, and then when I went to reach for the door, he hugged me again. We have a ton in common, and always talking, and he's been calling me just to say hi.
Now, usually I would say,yes, he's into me--but the thing is he,in general,is just a very friendly nice guy,who does have a ton of girls who are friends(who are mine, too),so it's hard for me to say if he's just this way with me,or everybody.I know for a fact though that he's only been calling me,and I'm the only one that's been up to his apartment alone.What to do?
