This guy I like says he would have no problem being in a relationship with me. He held my hand and even kissed me! Now all at once he doesn't want to lead me on and is deciding that he doesn't want to be in a relationship right now. What is going on? AND to top that all off, I like this other guy I work with but I am nervous to tell him. I'm sure he knows, but still...

Ditch the first guy, think of it as a meaningless fling. You deserve more than some guy who backs away when he starts getting what he initially wanted.
I reckon you go for the second guy. You don't have to tell him outright, just hint and flirt- he'll get the message

Sounds like to me the first guy met you, liked the idea of being with you, but then found out that in reality it wasn't going to work.
I have been in that situation. I meet a girl, I think it is going to be great, but the more time we hang out, the less I am attracted to her in that way. Doesn't mean that I hate her or there is something wrong with her, it just a good match for a relationship.
Better he tell you now, than you two starting dating and breaking up later.

well u have 2 decide between both of them, but before u do it , have theese in mind, one u have it, and other u want it, then there might be something u may don't know of why is he acting like that, but u could ask him whats going on and whatever what be ur decition i hope u choose the right one, who must be the one that makes u happy
