My husband left me a year ago to be with a woman he started seeing 5 months before he moved out ( which I didn't discover until 3 months after he moved out). We have two kids, 3 and 6.
He invited me to breakfast at a restaurant "to talk about the kids." He then proceeded to say that he wants to work it out and that we need to "move forward positively" and "not beat one another up with the past." In otherwords, he wants me to act like the other woman never existed.
While he was away, he told everyone that I drank a lot (1.5 glasses of wine and I fall asleep, so I don't get that.) He also filed a custody action, which we worked out with a mediator & never had to go to court. He also showed friends some letters that I had written him to demonstrate how I am nuts(begging your husband to work on the marriage is nuts?)
The best offer that I have now is a married surgeon who has offered to leave his wife. Not really something I am interested in,no no. Looking for knee-jerk & gut reaction

I've been talking to this guy for like 3 weeks. Every weekend we end up going out and doing something (movies, dinner). So on Friday he asked me if I wanted to go dancing on Saturday. I was going to be out of town for most of the day so I was just like can we go another time. So on Saturday night he calls but i didn't answer becuse I was at a friends house and I didn't want to be rude. So I texted him apologizing for missing his call. He never text back. I didn't here from him Sunday and I texted him today to see how his weekend went. I still haven't heard from him yet. My friend thinks he's mad at me for not answering his call on Saturday night. Is she right?? Do guys have a problem when the girl they are talking don't answer??

I have been married for 20 years and I am a stay at home mom.I have 5 childeren.Twin girls 17,2 boys 15,13 and 1 11 old girl.We have a great house, life and my husband is great.The problem is now that most of the kids are grown.I have decided to take a couple of classes.Pottery and a art hist class.I spoke with the kids and wrote down instr for laundry etc.I still am there to cook and clean and spent time with them, I only ask for a couple of hours ,they seem to resent me for that.when I am doing something for school one of them will ask me to make a sandwich and if I refuse they tell me I dont want to do anything for them anymore.We discussed this as a family and my husband was on my side.But the kids are always making me feel guilty.And I will not leave the mess in the living room.I thought I had done all the right things being a good mom.But they dont want me to do anything but cater to them.I have talked to them and I dont know what to do.thanks for any ideas.

I met this great guy about a year ago. Over that year, we have had a great time together. We love each other very much ... so he moved in with me. Recently I think he is trying to push me away. He is very inconsiderate and selfish. I also found that he visited aff on the internet. I didn't confront him about it. I think I want to end this relationship, but he rented his house to someone. How can I end this with as little drama as possible?

My husband is military. He is going back to AIT. Which means he will have to go to school for like 3-4 months to get certified in another job. He will be in a different state. Like 3 states away! We have a 4 month old son. I dont like being away from my husband longer than a week. It bugs me. I want my son to be able to remember him. I have problems leting go. I lost my father at 15 since then I have been a really clingy person, my husband dont mind. But Its hard for me to deal with things with out him here hes my security blanket. I dont know what to do to help with my security problem any Ideas. We are in marriage counceling so that Idea would be taken already. Thanks for your answers! Its greatly appriciated!!!!!

We are only inviting our parents and siblings to the beach for our wedding. Is it ok to have a reception at a restaraunt about a few months after the wedding or do you think people will be upset that they weren't invited to the wedding? We just want it personal and private but I still want to celebrate with friends.

I live in a 3 bedroom house with my parents, brother, cousin and boyfriend. my sister had a baby and works nights so the baby stays here to and sometimes my sister does,

me and my boyfriend got our own room, but when my sister says we sleep on the settee because I have the biggest room so the cot fits in there, my little cousin who is 7 got mentally abused so my parents took him in, so we turned the back living room into a bed room. my brother got his own room and my parents, it is so over crowed I cant even breath,

I am in full time college so I cannot get a job that will help me survive if I move out, my boyfriend cant work because he left school at 12 and these days you need qualifications. my brother did move out but came back because him and his g/f of 6 years broke up. ARGHH

what can I do?!?! I cant ask my parents for help because they have no money what so ever. I have been on the counsil list for a year but still nothing, please help

I've known my girlfriend for a little over a month now. We've done alot of things: Gone to the movies, went out to a romantic resturant, went to professional sporting events and so on. This guy at my school is a friend of mine. I don't think i am that much of a flirt until my friend says it seems like he likes me.

he comes to my lunch table at teh end of lunch everyday. Today he asked me and two of the girls at me table how our weekdends were. We all said good but he wanted a detailed explanation.

Then he always wants to work with me and he pokes me and squeezes my arm and wanted me to put a pictue of him in my phone. He loves to write my initials on my paper .

When i talk to him i touch his arm and smile and flick his ear after he flicks mine. he taps my thigh and i tap his.

low self esteem, trust issues, ect????Also how would i know if my husband is smothering me or is afraid of loosing me? Do they put off certain signs or no??

I love him to death i mean i would do anything for him, he is my one and only however he gets very insecure if guys walk by and look at me, or if i look in the direction of a man, he gets upset if my guy friends text me just saying what's up, he always has to know who is texting me, calling me, he wants to know exactly what the messages say ect..
Also if were watching a movies and their is a good looking man on the t.v, i won't even say anything he will sit their and watch me to see if i am staring or making faces to the guys on t.v like i want to do them or something for example ill be my husband. " haha I see you, staring at that guys body like you want to do him". I look at him and say no babe your trippin and he says " ya huh i saw you, you don't even look at me that way."
I tell him i'm watching the dam movie chill out

I love my fiance so much. we want to move in together get married and have kids. but right now we both arent finicially ready for that. but we want it so bad. we have been going out for almost 3 years now. It just seems to get harder and harder for us not living together. and we want a kid. we would have one now but we want to raise it good. get it good things.. we see all these people around doing that seem worse off then we are. we have no real debt or anything but we just cant figure it out.. My boyfriend of 10 years died in January and I recently "discovered" this guy who is really nice and sweet. I knew him before and he was still nice and sweet and now he wants us to be together. I really like him (more than the other guys and I really want to start a new relationship. But my friends are suggecting that it is too soon to start dating again. I truly believe that I'm over my grief and just wants to feel loved (like a woman) again. I don't want to "rush" into a relationship but I do really like this guy. HELP!!
