Yes, you're old enough to make your own decisions, and mistakes...Clearly, you see nothing wrong with the 29 year age difference, and honey, if you don't see it, why worry about keeping this a secret from anyone?
If you've been with this guy over a year, then he was committing statutory rape - doesn't sound too responsible to be doing that, even though perhaps its different in his culture (doubt it).
Living and loving isn't all about sex

Well if you are 18 then you can just do whatever you want and if this guy is 47 i would say that is a little old but if you like him then that is your desion and you should tell your parents how you feel and maybe they would understand but im guessing not you will have to live with them not aproving the desicon but if you dont think that you are going to be with this man for the rest of your life then like why would you risk your family if this guy is just for sex then i wouldnt stay with him because every guy wants sex

It's a bit unusual, but since you are18 you are considered an adult if you live in the US, you don't need parental consent to have a relationship. The 29 year age difference may not seem like much right now, but when the lust wanes, it will probably become an issue. You will have to be discreet if you want to keep it a secret.

You know... you're 18 so it's perfectly legal. It sounds to me like you really are into this guy and so the age really is not an issue. As for keeping it from your parents... you'll have to be very cautious. Chances are if you keep sneaking over there they WILL catch you eventually. You should meet up with him elsewhere.

If you are naturally attracted to older men then no matter if it is him or not; you will date older men.
Just please be careful and make sure it is what YOU want.
As for your parents, you must be careful if you are still living with them. If you have strong ideas that do not mix with their ideas then look to get your own place (if you are out of school) and develop your own life.
Parents will usually give in when their adult children insist on their own ideas, as long as it is not hurting you.
