Can anyone offer any advice. We are getting married in August and as with many people are trying to keep our guest list down to around 100 (we have just recently moved into a new home and have 2 kids). My partners parents are insisting that they invite six of their friends to travel with them to the wedding in Ireland (I have never met these people!). I come from a fairly large family in Ireland and my partner comes from a very small family in Sussex, and I feel I am been penalised for having such a large family, half of whom I cannot invite due to budget constraints. As it goes my lovely inlaws have verbally invited these people even though we have not yet finalised our wedding guest list. I am so angry at this and feel that I am being rail roaded into what they want. Being the bride I thought it is up to me who attends...can anyone offer any solutions as to how I handle this ? My lovely hubby to be is standing well back on this one........

I'm in a role reversal marriage. My husband stays home full-time and is a househusband and I go to work. He has been doing an outstsnding job with the housework and cooking! However, I'm noticing "white stains" by the computer on the chair and carpet. While he gets the housework done, he is not the best cleaner. He obviously is missing something. But more importantly, I know he is looking a pictures of women and surfing those naughty sites. What should I do? Should I leave him alone? I know staying home full-time is a tough adjustment for him.

I'm 19 and my mom is 40, we live together. my dad has been away in another country for work. recently, my mom has been approaching me in a very weird way. the other day i was sitting and watching television. she came and sat beside me, then threw her arms around me , grabbed me by the chin and smooched me 5 or 6 wetly and hardly several times on the lips and asked me how i was. i was so shocked, that i took an excuse and escaped the scene. the other day, i was studying, when she suddenly came in, grabbed me by the chin again and kissed me with wide lips. I could trace the odor of her saliva on my lips. i was so embarrassed that I couldn't even do anything... why is she acting like this?

I was wondering if it was just me, but are girls wearing clothes these days that show off to much cleveage.Like tight, low-cut shirts and wearing very tight pants, that show's everything you have. You think guys are pig's for always looking but why wear the clothes that show off everything you have, even showing the
T-STAMP!!

I have been married for 7 months. Our relationship was rocky during prior to marriage but we worked through things and they got better. About 5 months after we got married, I began to feel like I had made a mistake. We were arguing a lot about everything. He went out of town one weekend and I cheated on him. For the moment, it made me feel better but now I know that I made a mistake. I do not want to tell my husband because I know that it will make matters worse. I have learned a valuable lesson from what I did. I don't fully regret cheating because it has taught me that I can be happy where I am and that I can make things work. I just wish I had figured that out before I went to that distance. So my question is, what should I do? Am I wrong for not wanting to tell my husband?

I'll try to keep this story short and sweet.

My husband's previous marriage lasted 7 years. It ended in a nasty divorce in 2000 due to her alcoholism. His ex-wife did numerous viscious things; including taking an MBNA credit card out in their names and racking up $20,000. He "assumed" the debt in the divorce although he never charged a single dollar to the account.
The total ammount left to be paid is $14,000, at 29.92% APR, if we make our minimum payments of $300 a month, we will have paid nearly $15,000 more in interest by the time we can pay it off.

His ex-wife passed away in 2004 from complications of bypass surgery. I'm sure that there was a life insurance policy that covered her other existing debt. In addition, her parents filed suit against the hospital and I expect their to be a financial award in that case.

My question is, would it be wrong to send her parents copies of all of the bills and ask that they repay them?

I talk to my fiance on the phone every night and for the past 10 years he's always done most of the talking, cause he says that I never have anything to talk about. Lately we haven't talked because he told me that I need to talk more on the phone, but how can I when he says that what i bring up to talk about is irrelevant?
