well baths are ok if you have time to relax, but if you are like me and have an 18 month old and a 4 month old you only have time for a shower. so answer your questions i prefer showers.

I like both. I usually soak in the tub after a shower. One is invigorating and the other is soothing. What's not to love about both of them?
