Does anyone else hate waiting on the call back. That is one of my pet peeves. The guy I really like always says "I'll call you RIGHT back". I put emphasis on the term "right back". He never does. He calls an hour later and by that time I'm mad about having to wait. Why does it seem like people like me that wait for the call always hook up with inconsiderate callers and people who could care less when their guy calls, get the guy that calls all day and night? We've broken up over this before and it seems like such a stupid reason to call off a relationship but I just don't like to be put off.

Several years ago, I broke-off with a woman because I knew that a few of my friends had had sex with her. I just didn't think I could carry it off. Now, I wonder if I made a mistake. Has anyone has experience in this area?

Recently, I have developed the beginnings of a friendship with a member of the opposite sex - male. Seems like a nice enough guy, soft spoken, articulate, educated and somewhat self-assured. However, I am fully aware that he has truly been "stung" in the love department after a 21 year relationship and marriage that went "belly up" when the wifes sexual preference reversed itself from males to females.

He has used the term "you can trust me" twice - "tells it like it is now." However, he's the first to admit that he doesn't trust women. Didn't date for years after the seperation and has only entered one relationship since.

What I'm trying to figure out is this: Does he say "you can trust me" because that means I really shouldn't? Or is he using this phrase because he wishes that's what someone would say to him? Does he feel that he's providing comfort to the other person by conveying trust in himself - and wishes someone would do the same for him? Or is he a snake in the grass

There is a guy I am interested in getting to know. He knows I am interested. We can message each other on the computer and he seems pretty outgoing, but in person he never says anything. Just looks. He will make eye contact with me in a room full of people. The one time he has ever spoken to me, he asked the same question twice after I already answered it and the answer was posted right in front of us. I used to just think he was shy but he has alot of friends that are girls so I just look at it as he is not interested. If he is friends with all of these girls it seems to me he is not shy. I thought he might be at least interested in getting to know me but I guess I misread things.

My boyfriend and I have been together for going on four years. He'll be 21 and I'll be 20, both in May. We've talked about marriage and will (hopefully!!) be getting engaged soon. Our plan has been to move into an apartment not far from where each of us live now, stay there for a while, then after we're married and save up enough money, build our own place on his property.

Now his mom has a new idea and he LOVES it. Instead, she wants us to take over his grandmother's house, which is only a mile away from his property. He loves it down there, its out in the boondocks (ie: the neighbors are at least a mile away...). We'd also be living and taking care of his grandma, who LOVES us. I like the idea, but its 45 minutes from my home, my current job, and my family.

He's upset that I don't really WANT to move there right away, I'd rather get an apartment first. I'm so lost, I don't know what to do. And I need to make the decision soon so "he knows what to do". Help!

Well, I have been with my current boyfriend for almost 3 years now. Recently, I think that he is losing interest in our intimate time together. When we are together, he seems to be caring and loving, but then I bring up the conversation about us spending some time ALONE and he justs tries to avoid it. I feel as thought he doesn't want to satisfy me and that is hurting the relationship because if he can't satisfy, how can I satisfy him? I don't have a problem satisfying him. Also, we talk less and less at night and that is something that has never happened before, because ever since we met and started the relationship, we have always talked at night. I am starting to think that he is talking to someone at night and having really "good" conversation with that someone. Recently, he doesn't bring up "sex" anymore and doesn't seem to be interested. Could it be time to leave the relationship? What can I do? We both love each other, but can there be a solution? Help please, with any advice.

Okies, so exactly how do I let go of this guy who's been playing games with me? I can't believe he's talking to other girls!. And playing mind games with me. The trust is destroyed.

When you say "drop him cold" or "let him go" does this mean to ignore him forever? Or end it with a final goodbye? I do feel like he's making me hang on...Please help, I am really hurt by him...and can't believe he would be so childish as to making me jealous lately. But also, keeping me on the back burner!

What if he still wants to be friends? Do I say no? He's pulled the "i dont want you out of my life forever" line....he may do it again. So what do i do?

I gave up on love but now i found a girl that i love. But the problem is shes leavin to Miami with her family and imma lose her. She says shell be back but i think she wont. People mature and find out they have diff views and i could be just a phase or a thing of the past. She might not be back for 2-3 years wow dats long but i love her and could see a future with her and she sees on with me also. I dont want dumb answers like "if its meant to be shell be back" and "if ur love is strong she should stay or i should go out there" but i would like ur views in the situation and wat u would do and so on ....she has no choise to leave because of the position it puts her in with her. Her dad nows wants them to be a family and the mother and brother and goin also. She doesnt want to disappoin the family.

After 17 years of the best years of my life, my wife left to see another man for a week. We are now back together and things have never been this good! I know she had sex with this guy at least 3 times, but she said it wasn't enjoyable? I am having a really HARD TIME getting over this! It has only been a week now since she came home and I Love her Soooo much......How can I cope with this? I wish I could just forget about it! I will do anything to keep our family together and I believe she will too, but I can't get the vision out of my mind?
Please help!
I cannot dump her...I love her! This happened because I was depriving her of the attention and affection she craved. I now know what she needs. I have already forgiven her, I just need to get that vision out of my head.
I would never consider Divorce.....No one has any idea how much I love this woman...I would die for her in an instance! We have two kids and I just want to be a happy family again and to please my wife.
I

Am I being over analytical? Me and my friend went to grab a bite to eat a little while ago, and I said why don't we just eat here. He said why don't we take it home? I told him I didn't want to eat in front of the other roommates and another guy that was visiting. He said "Man that's half the fun!" He has said things like this in the past. I think he's a selfish, greedy egotistical punk. Am I wrong?

We are looking for a house (house is preferred over an apartment if we can find one) to rent in Dickson, Tennessee. A small, 1 bedroom house would be okay at this point because it will be just us and we are looking for something less than $500 a month.

We were just wondering what the best way is to find a house for rent since neither of us have ever had to look on our own before now.

Newspaper, ask around, etc.?

Thank you! :)

So my best friend has liked me ever since we've met. (we've known each other for about 3 yrs) I'm the first girl who's ever felt the same about him. He's the "shy boy" type so he values things more than the average guy. We're both mutual in the sense that we do want a relationship, we care and love each other but believe life is just too stressful right now. He doesn't wanna risk our friendship/relationship (in general) because of our history. He told me that he does want to be with me but it would be at a right time because he doesn't wanna screw it up - he wants it to be "long lasting", "real", and "serious"....

Even though we're not together now, does he really love and care for me? IS TIMING REALLY EVERYTHING? (especially when it comes to your best friend?)
