I have a live in boyfriend that was married for 7 years and has been divorced for 2. They have 4 children together, all under the age of 10. We've not been together very long, but are at the point where we've discussed marriage, and children in the future, and can openly talk about our love for eachother. His ex and him usually communicate when one of the children calls to talk to him, but not really outside of those conversations. She lives in a different state. Recently, one of thier mutual friends lost thier significant other to suicide. They have been talking now more, because of and about that situation. On one of her messages, she ended it with "Love you." To that I asked if she always told him that, and he said that she told him that that morning as well. When I asked what his response was...he said he had said "you too." He said...
I'm not going to lie to you, I do still love her...she is the mother of my children." How do I respond to that, or what should I think about it?

My fiancee and I are getting married in the fall. His sister has been far less than pleasant to deal with. She is still best of friends with his first wife (who he went through a nasty very lengthy divorce from) wich is fine, but trash talks both my fiancee and myself constantly to her as wells as many of our family members! She has been called out on it many times and admits to doing so and says that she can express her thoughts about us as she likes. Now that we have set the date , she and her mother have assumed that she will be one of my bridesmaids and her daughter will be our flower girl. I am shocked that she thinks this! Other than family events neither my fiancee or myself even speak to her due to her nasty attitude, wich we tolerate and try VERY HARD to ignore. His mother is almost giddy at seeing her granddaughter in our wedding! How do I tell his mother as well as her that she and the niece will not be part of the wedding, they will only be invited guests?

This girl is always flirting with my guy that I like it's so annoying. She such a flirt to every guy. Always trying to sit next to him & talk to him. I don't want to be rude to her, but this is like my last straw.. plus he stares at me and not at her... but I don't know if I should be worried or not? How can I get this girl off my back? I'm shy so it's a little hard.. so give me reasonable answers thanks. =D

I always stare at him and he always wants to go close to me, but then the girl comes along and like sits infront of him or whatever when we get to choose seats in health. Goddd. He flirted before with me, WINK/STARED/SMILED I did the same thing before except for the winking. Isn't our feelings the same? Why can't that girl just leave him alone I've liked him longer?

He's not my boyfriend though.. but I wish that's my problem i think me & her like him so I don't know but it seems my crush likes me because he stares at me and we at least talk a little here and there but she

right here it goes...
i really like this girl, and she told me she likes me too, you might think well simple! but it isnt, she has an ex-bf who, after many months, can't get over her. and would probably kill me, or severely injure me if i did anything! and we all mates!!
i mean i REALLY like her, and want something to happen so we dont miss out on something that might be really good!
how do i solve the problem of her ex-bf like, hurting me?
and actually getting the questions i want answering out, without making things awkward between us, cos if nothing happens, i dont want that happening cos we get on loads, and im also afriad she will say "oh we too good mates"

help? please?? lol

This is an odd question. A friend and I have known each other for 4 years. And I do not know how it happened but we fell in love and started dating. The problem is I am 19 and she is 16. Now we are not having sex nor are we going to. We have talked about it and, she said she will wait until she turn 18. But should we even be dating?

We're down to three songs: Before Your Love, God Bless The Broken Road, and Come What May.

She likes Come What May 'cause that's how much we love each other. But I dislike it. Remember, Satine was a courtesan! My fiancee's not a slut!

I think Before Your Love a little too girly. Right? I'd really love to have God Bless The Broken Road as our wedding song. Any opinions out there?

My husband and I have been married 10 years, together for 16. We are best friends, intimate lovers and true soulmates. Over the years, we found we truly enjoy the gift of massage. We have enjoyed couples massage but receive most massages seperate from each other. Over the last year, I have been fortunate to be getting my massages at home from a wonderful male therapist. I receive my massage nude and have come to the comfort level of no draping. My last massage visit had something different happen that took me by surprise. My therapist asked at the end of my massage if there as an area of my body that he had been leaving out that may need some attention. His hand position at that moment gave no doubt what "an area" meant. I told him I was unable to accept but thanked him for the offer. Later, I told my husband and he gave his approval to accept the offer next visit if I desired. This is no doubt out of his love for me! Would other wives feel this way and accept this "additional area"?

I'm active duty in VA, my wife is a civillian. We were married in IL 3 years ago and have been separated for 5 months. During our marriage, she was kicked out of the Navy [active duty- enlisted] for failing a DAPA program (alcohol abuse) back in 2004 and recieved a DUI in 2006. She served a few days of jail time, but we were already separated. While separated, she hit me in the face numerous times [while drunk] and was convicted on an assault charge (2 years probation- must stay in VA). I have a current restraining order against her that gave me residency to our apt and she recently recieved her 2nd DUI (last week). Do I need to obtain an IL lawyer or can I use a VA lawyer (JAG won't cover divorce for my paygrade!)? In IL statues, it shows a "consistantly drunk" stipulation for divorce. Does anyone know about this and does my case sound like it would qualify? She is trying to scar my career with my command and she's stalking me and my co-workers. ANY help is GREATLY appreciated!

i dont understand this.....but when i was little my dad walked out on me and then my mom and dad got a divorce. after the divorce my mom had new guys coming in. and then finally she met the abusive guy shes been with for 10 years now the one that belittled me and my little brother and hurt us both mentally and physically and the same one that tore the whole family apart. i feel like my mom and my real dad both turned their backs on me. is it wrong that i want to turn my back on them. im tired of them treating me like a dog. i hold alot of hate towards my mom for really big reasons that is best to keep confidetial. im grown now so i dont have to put up with them anymoret . i just wish that she wouldnt of turned her back on me and when i confront her about it she doesnt understand what i did. how do i make her understand? and what am I supposed to do now? and why does she still want to be with a man who not only hurt her but hurt her kids as well? isnt that messes up? i feel so alone!

i've liked this guy for months already, we usually just talked over the internet because he's pretty busy with his job. finally last tuesday he asked me out to see a movie. although i really like him, the date didn't run so smoothly because i was too nervous. it was the first time we saw each other and he gave me a kiss on the cheek. after the movie, he offered to take me home. i thanked him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. he said (in our language) "i'll see you around" (something like that) so i said "sure, call me" then he waited in the car and made sure i was able to get inside the house. the next day i texted him "i really enjoyed your company last night, thanks for the dinner and movie" and he just said "ur welcome, anytime" -- that was yesterday. i haven't heard from him yet.
im dying here! does it sound like he'll be asking me out again? how long should i wait? he's pretty busy with work.

Whilst at senior school, I was very good friends with a girl at school. She is absolutely gorgeous we spent alot of time together and was in my class at school. Everyone said I fancied her and I swore that I never ( but I really did, but never told her) We never kissed, hugged. But sat next to each other lots of times talked and I made her laugh. She has contacted me on friends reunited and like to meet up, she has a successful career in films!!..When leaving she wrote me a note and said " you know I love you " And I want to show her that I still have it....Did she fancy me too?...I also remember her asking me ( in 2nd seniors) to wait for her she wanted to give me something. I did, and asked her what she wanted and she said..Oh doesnt matter....I have seen pictures of her recently and she is still lovely, could this be a time to actually find out after all these years that she really wanted me but was more focused on her career...so come on girls help me out.....jamie

Since leaving home (it's been a while), I've finally learned to respect myself (my parents didn't seem to deem it necessary). Now, whenever I see or talk to my father, his disrespectful ways make me so angry that I can't even talk to him. He can't deal with the fact that my thoughts are my own, and yes I'm old enough to know exactly what those thoughts are. He's such a bully.

I really don't like fighting, but I don't want to get sucked back into the destructive ways I used to think about myself, and being a pushover just to keep the peace. How do I disagree nicely, and teach him how I want to be treated now without starting a war?

I talked to my ex today & he's upset because our kids are going to be playing little league together. He has 1 boy & I have 2 boys. He said I should move so there not in the same school system. What's that all about?? Is he not mature enough to be around us? We don't have kids together(Thank God) I can be mature enough so if I see him I can say HI or choose to ignore him. We have no ties to each other. He's the one that cheated not me! I think he's worried because his girlfriend will be with him most of the time. Also he knows that I'm friends w/his other ex-wife. I'm sure she'll be there also. Can anyone understand this? Is he not over the situation?

well i cant explain the full story as not enough space- but to sum it it,

I was with this girl for 2 years, in the last 3 months of our relationship I was gonig off her and not treating her with affection etc . then just over a month ago she broke it off.

as soon as she did i realised i wanted her and missed her. since im not sure whether it has been her i missed or the company- I dude told me its the emotional affection im missing.

yet last time i spoke to her she told me she never wanted to speak or see me again coz i kept asknig her questions on why she ended it ( as i dont believe her reason)

any how i spoke to her dad yday as he owes me some money- he was fine and we talked like nothing had ever happened.

anyhow after words my ex txt me this

'so am i gona get those photos then or not'

I txt her back saying politely that she could come get them if she wanted. she never txt back. does she jsut want me to chase her? like does she want me to ring her or what.

He wants to be a father to his kids and take responsibility for his actions but she said that the only way he can see his little girl is if he leaves me. She says she loves him and she wants them to be a family. I sat with him last night and watched him cry for three hours because of how unfair this situation seems. We really dont want to lose each other but that seens like it is the only choice we have. She is riding a bus here tomorrow from Florida and Neither one of us know how to handle the situation. I'm in a great relationship. Because of our different faith titles my boyfriend and I have had many conversations about how we would raise our kids and how we would approach issues that pertain to our faith later in life. I am a non denominational Christian and he is a Mormon although he considers himself a nondenominational Christian he was raised Mormon and his family is Mormon. We agreed to raise our children Christians and send them to private Chrisitan schools. We are both on the same page when it comes to faith. But for some reason that is not enough for my parents. His parents are very accepting but mine are not. How do I convince my family that the relationship will work and that we all are on the same page. And that is what is important to US!! I don't want to have to pick between my family and my future husband. Is there any advice or any people with successful stories of such that I can learn from?!
