I want my guy friend to ask me out, but he is into like 3 other girls. I think I have what the other girls have AND I have a sence of humor!

this is simple... work up the courage to ask him out on a date... take him to dinner. "The way to a mans heart is through his stomach". take the initiative, get ahead of the game if you want him more than the other girls. fight for him!!!!

Listen, you can't force someone to ask you out. If he considers you a friend then by all means go find you another guy. He is not the only one in the world! There is someone that will be attracted to you and will want to be with you but if you worry about it and fret about it then you may just miss your opportunity. Quit trying to look so hard and let your heart guide you because you will know when the time is right.

You can either ask him to ask you out or just ask him out. Flirting and such wont work on some guys. Especially ones who already have multiple girls flirting with them on a daily basis.
Find out what he wants and present that you have it. And that may include being the first to make a move.

he may not want to jeopardize your friendship, and if you guys are close he might not want to hurt you, try some other angles to get him all is fair in love and war after all, show him what he is missing, a girl with a sense of humor is a great catch.

Make obvious hits that you like him as more than a friend. You never know he may like you too but doesn't know how to tell you. See how it goes over and follow your feeling on what to do next.

He obviously doesn't see you as anything more than a friend. If you want to go out with him, you need to ask him out yourself. Otherwise you're just going to wait and wait and wait.
