I talked to my ex today & he's upset because our kids are going to be playing little league together. He has 1 boy & I have 2 boys. He said I should move so there not in the same school system. What's that all about?? Is he not mature enough to be around us? We don't have kids together(Thank God) I can be mature enough so if I see him I can say HI or choose to ignore him. We have no ties to each other. He's the one that cheated not me! I think he's worried because his girlfriend will be with him most of the time. Also he knows that I'm friends w/his other ex-wife. I'm sure she'll be there also. Can anyone understand this? Is he not over the situation?

It probably has to do with whoever hes with now. Maybe he still has feelings for you and the "other" person knows... maybe they are jealous and doesnt want him around you at all. Maybe his option is to get you to leave or he has too. Or maybe hes just being and immature man.

He's on a power trip and acting like an immature wuss at the same time. He can't handle being around someone he's done wrong by. There is no reason for you to move. Ignore his request. Let your boys play baseball, and if your ex (or his boy) give you or your kids problems, let the coaches know. Same goes for school- if you or your boys experience problems, let the teachers and principal know.

I am sure that he said that to impress his new honey (who is probably VERY insecure...after all, she knows how SHE got him)
at this point, who cares what he thinks,
He wants you to move, tell him you would be glad to do so when he pays for it.
It is none of your business where you live and why should your kids have to be uprooted because he cant keep his penis in his pants.
I am sure you thank your lucky stars on a daily basis that you found out what a jerk he was before you wasted your entire life with him!
STAY WHERE you are
let him move
and if he wants to be 'petty' tell the girlfriend that you and his other ex want to have lunch with her soon!

ok, well, first of all, you should never EVER listen to men; they are jerks & big, fat idiots! Second, don't move. If he can't deal with seeing you, just simply looking at you, not even talking, then he should move. He might not be over you yet. Men can still have a feeling of passion towards a woman even if they claim they don't love you anymore. People do lie. Just act natural. Don't do anything for him; do something because you want to. Stay strong. And be yourself!

What an @sshole. If he gives you any more trouble about this little league thing, contact whoever's in charge of the league in your town/community and tell them that it's upsetting your family.

He deserves a good punch in the face. Maybe a baseball will accidentally break his nose.

*******************EDITED TO ADD: You should be friendly to his girlfriend if she shows up to games and such. Don't tell her you're an ex of her boyfriend, just be nice and friendly... maybe this jerk will be rude to you in front of her and she'll realize she needs to get away from him too.

Well maybe his new girlfriend has a problem with it and is threatening to be mean to you or your boys, some people are that inmature.... If you don't have a problem with seeing him with a new girl and you really don't care one way or another about how he is going to react to seeing you on a regular basis then don't pay him any mind.... AND ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT MOVE just becasue he has a problem after all it is his problem... tell him to move if he can't handle it maturely or just kepp his mouth shut and leave you alone

He sounds very insecure to me.

If he's that worried about it, then he can move himself somewhere else. If you're fine with it, then don't let him pressure you into this.

He cheated on you, you say. He's the one with the problem. Yes, he also sounds immature. Is he scared you'll tell his new girlfriend stuff about him?

Looks like you're well rid of him!

I think he is being over immature about things. So what if he brings his girlfriend. I wouldn't move for him. If he dont' wanna be near you, then he should move. Or, maybe his girlfriend dosen't want him to be around you. No matter what, I don't think running away will solve any problems.

He is immature about the whole thing and If I were you, I would smile and say Hi, just like you said. Be polite and be you.
I wouldn't let him bother you. He sounds afraid of something. That is his problem, not yours. You and your sons have the right to be there just like him and his son. Enjoy the season and keep on being you. :)

I would not move.I would tell him 2 GROW up. I think that he should be the one to move if it bothers him that much. Maybe if it such a big issue for him..He might still have some unresolved feelings for you.
